This is a very high quality, exclusive, well run place. It's so different than staying at a hotel chain, where everything is mass produced. Each room feels like you are in a guest room in a million dollar home. The location is great, in that it is quiet, on the beach and near attractions.

No matter what I say here, it will not be enough! Beautiful pool villas, clean, spacious, filled with amenities that you can't even imagine. The staff are sweet and warm! Pros - Huge list Amazing view of the sea Pool is superb Nearly private beach that is beautiful and untouched Beautiful and fully equipped kitchen Amazing breakfast - sausage, bacon, croissant, pancake, fruits! Netflix room - perfect place to chill Very courteous staff Beach bags and huge umbrellas in the room! Cons - almost none Cabs are quite expensive for small journeys. Best to book tours or rent a car/bike

We rented the ocean front 2 bedroom with a movie room villa. The beach is almost like our private beach. Saw only a few people came out. Villa was very clean. All windows were spotless. We had 4 staff to clean and 2 staff serving breakfast everyday. No clorine smell in the private pool. We didn't want to leave at the end. We truly had a relaxed vacation. So much space for 2 people was very nice. They also had an option for floating breakfast for 300 bahk. We had it once. Great for photos. All staff were very nice and helpful. 7 Eleven was 5min walk away and we could find everything we needed. We went to Fisherman Village ( 400-500 Bahk per one way ) twice. Most of time we ordered food on Grab. One of staff brought food to our Villa each time. I would definitely stay there again if I visit to Koh Samui. Great value for money.

We booked the 2-bedroom penthouse with private pool for 8 nights. Everything was prefect. The rooms turned out to be better than the pictures on the website. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Skye hotel. This is the best accommodation we had experienced so far. The staffs were friendly and super helpful. Especially, the mgr (Ewa), she was very professional and resourceful. 10 out of 10 for customer service! Great job, Skye Hotel! You will probably expect more customers from my company as I have shared my wonderful experience with many of my colleagues. Leon

Great location, fantastic and helpful staff and the best villas ever. We stayed for 8 nights in 2 Bedroom Beachfron Pool Villa. It has everything you could imagine and more. The design is beautiful and exceptional. Nice breakfast served in the villa every morning. Close to the airport and other attractions. Highly recommended!

I booked a solo trip to Ko Samui and stayed at Skye Beach villa/hotel for about 9 days. It was absolutely amazing! I got upgraded to the 2-bed villa w/a cinema room. It was super spacious and could probably fit 6 people comfortably. It had an amazing view with breathtaking sunsets w/ the infinity pool and was very private. If you want to be in a quiet, chill, decompressing environment (but only 15-25 minutes by taxi to the Chewang beach bar scene), I highly suggest this place. They serve a daily delicious breakfast delivered straight to your room - you choose, American style, Asian, and a few other options The only minor complaint was that the WiFi was hit or miss in terms of connectivity/speed - some days were fine, and other days were really slow (but maybe that's a good thing so you can disconnect from technology! ) TIPS: 1. The hotel is a little bit remote and taxis are more expensive than in other parts of Thailand (average 300-500 THB), so be sure to get a scooter/motorbike or rent a car (I actually rented a bicycle from one of the staff!) 2. Get some Muay Thai training if you like to be active - I did that daily at True 8 Muay Thai (do a google search) which was a 15-minute bicycle ride from the hotel 3. 7-11 is just a 5-minute walk so grab all your beer/wine and microwavable foods. There are also some markets on the mains road, about a 12-15 minute walk from the hotel if you want fresh fruits/vegetables , etc. (since you have a full kitchen). 4. Call directly for booking, you might get a better deal than the travel sites. There are also some restaurants 5-minutes walking from the hotel which I found to be so, so...you might be better off using a food delivery service like the app, foodpanda Overall, this is a stylish, baller, modern-type villa, with amazing, friendly staff and great vibes. Book this spot immediately. I'm coming back every year!

We had a 3 bed villa with cinema. Cinema room superb and spacious villa with good size pool. Basic kitchen facilities 2 hob and micro yet adequate for what is needed. 2 bedrooms at front all with ac and 1 at back of the setting. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is work in progress as it is delivered in rather than from the hotel directly as can be Luke warn at best. Situated on the beach front yet would 100% recommend getting a car which can be booked either with the hotel or done locally to get around. Small 7-11 shop close by and laundry shops all within 500m away. All in all a decent property away from the hustle and bustle of major areas in koh Samui

Wonderful private villa with private pool. I personally would not classify the place as a hotel though. There is no bar or restaurant just private villas. The villa: very very good quality materials are used creating a very comfortable and well thought out place. Very quiet and comfortable. The staff : excellent- very kind and courteous and professional. Excellent level of English. The concept: breakfast is served in the villa at a fixed time. There are various menus to choose from the day before. Staff set up breakfast in the dining area. The problem is that an American breakfast is cold by the time you get to sit and eat and heating fried eggs in a microwave is never the best solution. Dinner is ordered over the phone at reception and as I understand they have a deal with local restaurants that then deliver the food. The choice is good but surely it would be better if they had their own kitchens?? The location: You definitely need either a taxi or vehicle rental to leave the place. The reception organised a last minute car rental for us and it was perfect as there are next to no restaurants or bars in the vicinity. Overall: superb staff who do their best to organise hotel requirements for private villas that are beautifully appointed.

I'm shocked they couldn't accept an American Visa credit card for payment on their website in the 21st century. Their SHA+ service is way overpriced and breakfast is only an extra option where every other SHA+ hotel in Thailand includes breakfast as standard. Their arrival instructions regarding the necessary PCR tests were non-existant. We had to phone them for instructions while in the taxi on our way to the hotel and it turns out we actually got the taxi right outside the PCR testing center so we had to turn around and go back to the medical center. Very incompetent and no apologies offered for the extra taxi fare we had to incur for their mistake in not giving us all the information and directions we needed. Overall its a lovely place in a poor location along a quiet land (far from the center of things, bars/restaurants/shops) with overpriced rooms.
