A little slice of heaven in a picture perfect location we felt very relaxed from the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff were attentive and very friendly throughout All of my requests were met and fulfilled with no drama or question - AC unit looked at seperate fan provided - AC operating lights taped over - lost card keys and even leaving the card keys in the room!! All taken care of within minutes thaks to Ink and the team Would highly recommend the resort for a place to go and switch off and take it easy

My mother was visiting from abroad and she was treated to afternoon tea at Saii. The resort is well taken care of, tree lined pathways, restaurant/pool that faces the beach. The villas were spacious and comfortable each with it's own private pool. Walking distance to Choeng Mon village. Chaweng is a bit further about 10 mins on a motorbike.

My first time in Thailand, And we stayed at this stunning Hotel. We booked a deluxe poolside room which comes with a stunning room and a beautiful plunge pool on our terrace Their a no real swimming experiences there un-fortunatly due to massive rocks on the beach area, if it is a relaxing peaceful holiday your looking for then this is the place to visit, We had 13 great days there, But the location is very isolated, we spent approx 300.oo uk pounds in taxis in 13 days, As taxi to beach every day and then again in the evening, in hindsight we should have spread our holiday going to 3 different parts of Thailand, No hotel or facilities are a sucess without great staff, The Saii has fantastic staff, Namely Pic & Ink on reception and a sweet lady who helped me with plasters as my new shoes cut me, She said in Thailand we say if The shoe bite you, Bite it back Our room cleaner was fantastic very happy cheerful lady always smiling, Perfect breakfast large choices of great food We look forward to our return as soon as we can Thank you to the Management and the great welcoming team great job, Great hotel Thank you Kieron &Julie xxx from the 10/05- 23/05 2023…

Just finished our honey moon at Saii Resort and we are very very happy. Everything was great, starting with the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The space, the rooms, the pool, the beach everything was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Perfect spot either for honey moons or for some quality family time.

The hotel is out of the way off the beaten track and there is nothing around it. The rooms are old fashioned smell damp and the plunge pool and decking were dirty and shabby. The lock on the door was broken and in general the hotel needs a refurb. There are not enough sun loungers to accommodate everyone and the beach is dirty and definitely not what you would associate with Thailand .This is definitely not a place to stay if you want to experience the beauty of Thailand . Plus it’s expensive for what it is .Everything is done via an App and the WiFi is really bad. The evening meals are nice and the breakfast is fine but I would not stay here again . There is no atmosphere .

Stay was absolutely comfortable with great amenities and pool. Only one isssue is that Indians and especially vegetarians did not have any items without egg or meat apart from just 1 or 2 in the breakfast buffet.

So before arriving i had read a few recent reviews and they were mixed reviews so I wasn’t entirely sure about what to expect. On arrival checkin was quick and easy and on first impressions the hotel was lovely. Very small a boutique feeling to it. We are a family of 3 and travel at least 3/4 times each year and we are accustomed to generally stay in 5 star hotels. On arrival they advise us that the telephone system isn’t working and all communications are done through the app. I’m the first hour we need to contact reception to advise that the toilet is blocked and they send somebody straight away. This then continues the next day with another blockage and they then advise not to flush toilet roll in the toilet and to place it in the bins. Which is fine but there is no sign or notification advising to do this anywhere in the room so I guessed it was just our toilet that this was happening to and this was the resolution. We ordered room service the first night and food was fine but no body came to collect the plates from the room that night or the following day. We had to take them back to the kitsch ourselves. Our rooms were not cleaned properly when house keeping came to clean the rooms and the table where we ate our dinner the night before was left dirty with red ants crawling all over the table when we returned to our room later that day. I spoke to the manager at the time Tak who was quick to resolve the matter and was very good in apologising and provided us 5000bht credit which is like £120 not much but fine all the same. Service in the restaurants is not very good or attentive. This morning I came to the pool and asked for pool towels the person working here aknowleged me and said yes I will get some. 3 hours later I’m still waiting. We ordered food at the pool side again trying to get someone to take our order took a lifetime. Waiting would have been fine if the resort was packed but it wasn’t! When to food arrived they didn’t have any side tables to place the food on which is odd and again once we finished the food sat on our beds for about 1 hour before I saw so many ants I had to take it back to the kitchen myself. So disappointing. Beach is not great either it’s quite stoney not the beautiful sands and clear sea you would anticipate. I know most of the issues are first world problems! But when paying for a hotel on holiday all things matter big and small and we have experienced all of them. I’m not happy with the hotel and little compensation provided I would not reccomend. We are used to larger hotels like anantara, shangri la etc and didn’t expect the small boutique hotel to be on that scale but expected to customer service of people working here to the same standards. Most people working here seem to not want to be working and customer service is awful they say they will do something doesn’t happen and is never acknowledged.…

Lovely peaceful location with a few restaurants (and supermarket) 10 minutes walk up the hotel drive and the local town is a 30 minute walk away - along the road - with a good selection of restaurants - bars - shops, beach etc. Our Pool Villa was amazing. Fabulous views of the sea (we could hear the sea 24/7 with the windows closed and the aircon on) plenty of space and a huge comy bed. The hotel staff were all customer focused and the complex very clean. Breakfast was good and we loved the options to sit overlooking the beach or pool or sitting indoors. It was extremely stormy during our stay which meant we were unable to swim in the sea and lots of rubbish got deposited on the beach. There is a good menu for lunch or dinner if you want to stay on the complex. Our only complaint is that several days there were insufficient sunbeds in the shade and there was no sun shade available for our pool villa. …

We stayed at SAii a few days ago - we didn’t choose it but it was in our ‘package’. The resort is spotless & our room overlooking the pools was lovely. The food is delicious if not slightly overpriced compared to outside the resort but you expect that? Unfortunately in our opinion the resort lacks atmosphere, possibly because it is isolated with a closed beach and no passing traffic? What really let’s this resort down is the beach- it was disgusting! I filled 5 bin bags with plastic & rubbish on our first morning hoping to drop a hint but it didn’t work! It’s also on the windy side of the Island & because of the rocks & the red flag I didn’t go in the sea here once! On the plus side SAii is ideally located with some beautiful beaches nearby & so we hired a moped on our first day & used it as a base to explore. To the hotel - please clean your beach daily! The adverts for this resort are misleading with pictures of sunbeds on the beach but trust me you would not want to lay on this beach! What a shame……
