Nice big rooms and balcony. Pleasant gardening except some brown plants around. Reception not too friendly. Offering rooms at the street or on ground floor while most interior quiet rooms are empty. Cleaning of rooms late at 15.00. Breakfast nice. Good service. Juices still taste chemical. Top jams and plain joghurt and soup and eggs prepared fresh. Several good hot dishes. Coffee very bitter. Only 3 fruits for breakfast. In Bandara up to 15 fruits daily. In X10 Khao Lak there is a maschine preparing fresh fruit drinks from the 6 different fruits there. The clients love that. Why not here? Its such a good resort here. It costs next to nothing! Who eats or drinks fruits, consumes less expensive cheese, salmon, smoked duck breast, etc. Gym good, great pools. Children not too noisy. Beach, ocean the first week very dirty, then wind changed. Wider beach, ocean more clean and beach possible to clean properly. Possible to swim in ocean. Only reception needs training.…
We have just returned from a two week stay at the Samui palm beach resort. The hotel is really good, lovely spacious rooms (we had 2x adults and 2x children in a triple room), which are immaculately clean, excellent pool right on the beach and an additional huge pool near the accommodation. The breakfast in the morning was great, huge choice of food and eating next to the beach. The location is good - it’s quite which is nice but equally close enough to fisherman’s village for an evening meal. It’s about 15 min walk along the beach to fisherman’s village or the hotel provide a shuttle bus for free twice daily. It’s no more than 200baht in a taxi. What made our holiday, especially with the children, was the staff. They are attentive, happy and become your friends. All the staff we met were great but an extra special mention to Pam and Run - they went above and beyond for us. We will, hopefully, return again soon!…
Stunning place in the nicest part of samui. On a stones throw of the fisherman’s village you can find Samui Palm Beach resort and Ceres resort. Set in a lush tropical surrounding this is a tranquil piece in a buzzing part of town. Best of all worlds come together. We booked a garden villa and these are just perfect. Spacious with a very nice bathroom with garden view. Good breakfast restaurant on the sea side and lovely hammocks on the beach. Can’t really think of 1 thing that is not good. And let’s not forget the other perks, free Kajak, 1 beachside pool, 1 80 METER pool and a new Gym. Just a great place to stay and relax
Just returned from here and cannot express how friendly and helpful the staff are. The resort is beautiful and the bar at the beach is modern and perfect. Everywhere is clean and well maintained. Sadly Samui had been badly affected by the pandemic and many places are yet to reopen, but there are some fabulous places to visit in Fisherman’s Village which is no more than a 10min walk away (0.5mile) and there are always plenty of taxis or the hotel shuttle. Enjoyed every minute at the resort, as did our family and friends (4 adults, 6 teenagers). I hope they look after their staff well, because even the chambermaids worked so hard. Can’t wait to go back.
Beautiful garden and pools. Refurbished rooms with comfy beds. Bathrooms also nice and modern. Trade Winds restaurant for breakfast has great views and the same can be said for the Celes Grillbar (available for lunch and dinner). We had 2 dinners and a lunch there, everything served was excellent, cocktails are chic, it's an ideal venue for a romantic dinner. The staff was professional and always ready to help. Thank you!
The hotel was stunning and fantastic pools. The setting was outstanding. Rooms were big and comfortable and very clean The staff were very helpful . Negative The restaurant food Was inedible and served cold. Such a disappointment. A walk along the beach to restaurants that serve . quality food.
A gorgeous hotel near Fisherman’s Village. We had a villa room that was large and superbly appointed. Cleaning was excellent as was breakfast which ended at 10:30 - always good. There was a room for us to shower in after our checkout before our late flight. 15 minute walk to Fisherman’s village along the road and 11 mins by beach. Good place to rent mopeds and a taxi outside the gates - 200baht for moped a day and 300 to the airport .
I stayed here towards the end of February 2022 for 3 nights in a Villa Room which was oposite the swimming pool with a great view out to the sea. The hotels Restaurant for breakfast was only a few steps away and was a nice start to the day. The buffet breakfast was always nice and you could order up eggs to be cooked from the kitchen. There was always lots of choice and everything was nice and fresh and was being topped up regularly. The swimming pool outside my room was always inviting as the weather at the time was a little unsettled so it was great to swim. There is also anther pool which is further back and is very large but i never ventured around there. The room i was staying in was a "Villa Room" which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath tub & separate rain shower with 2 hand Basins. The room had lots of space with a wardrobe, Safe, Umbrella's which came in handy for my stay, and a very large bed which being a solo traveller was wonderful. The wifi worked well in the room and throughout the resort. On the front of the room on the small patio was a clothes horse to put wet clothes to dry & a nice couch to sit or lay on to people watch or just relax. I had the privilege of meeting Yuanpit Suknuan (Front House Manageress) who was professional and very passionate about her role. She was very good with all of her guests and was always happy to make sure that everything was ok. I have been in Hospitality Management for 30+ years so I'm always keen to see how other management interact with their guests. The house keeper was always friendly and made the room look perfect every day. So to sum up my stay at Samui Palm Beach Resort, Bophut, Koh Samui i would highly recomend a stay at this hotel when visiting Koh Samui.…
+ Lek and Aom in reception were kind and accommodating. The room is lovely with decent size. - we stayed here for 1 night as test & Go mandatory stay. When we arrived at 19:45 we were informed that we should have gone to do a PCR in a different location, but it was late so not possible anymore. They informed that we would have to do the PCR the following day and book 1 more night. They hotel should have informed of this, but did not. The initial response is that they had told me over the phone, which they did not. After some back and forth they promised to look at it and call me back, which, again, they did not. We ended up paying for another night to avoid issues. Irresponsive management that openly shares that any lost of income would have been charged to the staff responsible if they were to offer a discount on my case.…
We were in Samui Palm Beach on Ko Samui in Februarry 2022. Hotel was awesome - everyday clean our room, food and drinks in hotel restaurat was perfect, people there, too. Barman Ex was the amazing, he stirred drinks like a boss - we send our greetings to you :-) The only one shortcoming was the road for cars near hotel - cars were little noisier but it was no extreme. I think that in bungallow rooms by the pool was quieter :-) We have to go back next year :-) Thank you for one of the best vacay for us :-) Nika and Jakub, Slovakia
