Stayed for three nights at the end of April, great small boutique hotel, quiet and peaceful, nice but small pool but big enough to have a swim and cool off. Air con very good, big comfy beds and pillows, clean and lots of good towels. So good we returned for one night on our way back to Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Currently sat on the beach directly in front of my room. (I recommend the ground floor). Perfect setting. The view is one of the best you can get. Friday nights there is a street market just outside the hotel it really makes this quiet part of samui come alive. Mind the mai thai cocktails. They will soon have you drunk....

When we decided to go to Koh Samui for our annual Easter trip to Thailand, last year, I did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel, in the perfect setting and Baan Bophut ticked all the boxes. We increasingly choose to stay in small, independent hotels rather than the 5* chain hotels - this isn't necessarily driven by...

We stayed over Easter, it was just perfect, Tracey and her staff are Fab and were very helpful, nice simple room, great breakfast on a beautiful beach in Fishermans Village, couldnt be better. Great for couples, not really for kids albeit there were some families and they seemed very happy

Our family (teenage boys 13&15) stayed for 2 nights in rooms 7 &8 as the family room was booked. we were on the first floor with beach views and really enjoyed the good service, clean big rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Good food and a cocktail bar on the beach added to the stay. fisherman's village was a lively place at...

clean and large room, friendly and helpful staffs, good view from any room, small but good swimming pool. There are a few small cons which I don't care. A beach bar like its neighbour "Waterfront" will make the hotel even more attractive.

My fiancé proposed to me at this hotel! Suffice to say it is best for couples, there's only 8 rooms and I think 7 of them just sleep 2. We love Fisherman's Village, it's the only place to be on Koh Samui. We also wanted somewhere to relax and unwind so we chose the hotel based on that and the...

We had originally booked into another hotel in Fishermans Village but it was filthy and we decided to move. Baan Bophut was full for our first 2 nights but fortunately we were able to spend 5 nights of our 7 in the hotel, and we can't thank John enough for being so helpful, even down to allowing us to use...

I travelled with 2 friends and we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were huge, very clean and decorated nicely. The hotel is situated right in the village and facing the sea. Whilst the water at the beach is not the best in Samui, it's still lovely to look at from your balcony, or from the swimming pool...

My wife and i where recommended this hotel by friends who have been there on more than one occasion. where to start !! well apart from the wonderful views out to the ocean and quiet white sandy beach the rooms mainly look to the fishing bay. The rooms are a good size with a/c , tea and coffee facilities and...
