We camped with friends! What a beautiful scenic spot. Lovely paved caravan spots. Braai at each spot. Incredible seafront stands. Huge swimming pool. Amazing hikes, especially to waterfall. Lovely restaurant. Ablution facilities are regularly cleaned. Only hiccup: electricity points are on caravan plugs so need adapters.

My partner and I spent two nights camping at Storms River Mouth Rest Camp and were completely blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the campsite. The campsites are located literally right on the rocks with the most stunning views of the sea and shore visible forever. We fell asleep each night and awoke to the roar of the...

We arrived late in the day, according to the sign at the gate, almost at 19:00 closing time. Still enough daylight for a walk along the ocean. The setting is spectacular. We shared a family cabin with friends. All the options looked to have good views. The kitchen equipment was a bit worn and a few items were missing. We...

We arrived on a wet and windy day, which meant that the sea was living up to the name of the nearby river, with surf exploding over rocks. We sat in our oceanette with front row seats for the amazing, elemental show put on by the sea - one of the best bedroom views we've ever had. The self-catering oceanette...

I stayed in hut 23 for two nights early March with my husband and daughter and husband. It was well appointed with everything we needed except a clothes line. (Also the blinds were broken and unusable in one of the rooms.) But the views and walks were breathtaking. I woke the first morning to baboons frolicking round the camp site,...

We stayed in an oceanette - nothing fancy, although clean and everything you need- but the view and surroundings are absolutely superb. Had lovely coffee at the restaurant (free WIFI!). Excellent service - our suggestions were immediately followed up by the manager and communicated back to us. The bigger family cottages (sleeping 4) is the best way to go. We...

we were allocated a forest hut, which was not what had been booked by our agents. This accomodation was basically an adapted shed with few facilities ( had to share a communal kitchen and freezer), very dark with a wonderful view of the toilet block, a mega shock after our previous accomodation. Anyway, we ultimately got transferred to an oceanette...

We did not book so to get a place with our own toilet we had to get a 4-bed family cottage for one night. This was worth the money as we watched the surf pound the rocks for 4 hours and BBQ'd. (the onsite shop is adequately stocked with things to cook). The next night we changed to a forest...

We stayed at an Oceanette which is facing the waves at Storms River mouth SAN Park rest camp. The booking experience was good, we got our room key from reception and found our way to the Oceanette quite easily .The place was simply but neatly furnished and quite clean. The only consideration was a single bathroom for a 2 bedroom...

Stayed here for 2 nights only, wished it could have been longer. We stayed in the Groundfloor Oceanettes, which were fabulous, clean, spacious, well equipped with table and chairs on the patio areas. The room had full sized patio doors so the view to the ocean was not obscured it was fantastic especially in the morning and afternoon when you...
