We did not book so to get a place with our own toilet we had to get a 4-bed family cottage for one night. This was worth the money as we watched the surf pound the rocks for 4 hours and BBQ'd. (the onsite shop is adequately stocked with things to cook). The next night we changed to a forest... More

We stayed at an Oceanette which is facing the waves at Storms River mouth SAN Park rest camp. The booking experience was good, we got our room key from reception and found our way to the Oceanette quite easily .The place was simply but neatly furnished and quite clean. The only consideration was a single bathroom for a 2 bedroom... More

Stayed here for 2 nights only, wished it could have been longer. We stayed in the Groundfloor Oceanettes, which were fabulous, clean, spacious, well equipped with table and chairs on the patio areas. The room had full sized patio doors so the view to the ocean was not obscured it was fantastic especially in the morning and afternoon when you... More

I booked the two-bedroom cottage for the disabled located at one end of the row of Oceanettes for three nights. It is right on the shore with unbelievable views. You can drive right up to the cottage and park alongside it, making it easy for anyone with mobility issues. Access is either via the front door or the patio door.... More

We have stayed at the Storms River Mouth rest camp a number of times. It's simply one of the most stunning places to stay. You can go to fancy resorts, but SA National Parks have the monopoly on locations. We had an oceanette right next to the water and even though there are other people staying either side of you... We took a day trip from Port Elizabeth ( only 90 minutes) to this beautiful part of the famous Garden Route. This is the one place that you simply HAVE TO visit. We saw beautiful indigenous vegetation and enjoyed the forest walk to the suspension bridges.

I could not fault the site or the location of our Oceanette, it was fantastic to be able to look at the sea from our window and balcony. The sea pounding on the rocks (end of November) was a sight to behold. The site itself is beautiful and well kept, we walked to the suspension bridges along the trailways (lots... More

We spent a night in one of the recently refurbished cabins. I was impressed with the accommodation but especially the general neatness & excellent management of the resort. The cabin was well appointed & the view was superb! Also memorable were the confiding Dassies, Kelp Gulls & White-necked Ravens! The trails are well maintained. Staff were welcoming, helpful, discreet where... More

beautiful place, nature, ocean in front of you, but there is much to improve in terms of maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. our oceanette was obviously not taken care of in an excellent way and in the end it was good to spend only one night in the structure

The cabins of Tsitsikamma National Park have amazing views of the crashing waves and coastline. The cabins are clean and spacious, with fresh linen and kitchen supplies provided. The restaurant at Storms River is also great, with nice views from the outside deck. Love this place.
