We stayed 5 weeks in the Fall at LaBatellerie in St Foy, the accommodations were exceptional. Coupled with all the acts of kindness showered upon us by Theeta and Eric, it was a perfect locale from which to tour. Bordeaux and St. Emilion. Then Auterre,...More
My wife booked this place and I thought it looked great, but I thought it was too good to be true.

We chose to stay for a week in the cottage next to the Bed and Breakfast of the same name because the photographs on this website showed us that there was a beautiful garden with fine views. This is certainly the case, and if you...More
On an impulse, during a cycling camping tour of the Dordogne, I decided to forego the busy crowded campsite in town, and find a bed for the night. I wasn't disappointed.

We have fidji (that is the name of my dog) for five years, as much as we own the bed and breakfast. She is always free in the house and as meet hundreds of guests, women, men and young children never ever she as bitten any one or even intimidated any one. i did talk to your sister and we agree that fidji will be kept inside lock in our house for the week and will not be free in our garden and in the pool area, she will be walk outside twice instead of once.
Now talking to your sister she admitted to me that she is suffering from a extreme fear of dogs and that something we never had to deal with until now.
Hopefully she will be able to be more secure now, not thinking about Fidji.
