What a beautiful hidden gem. Le Moulin exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was very spacious, expertly designed with high end furnishings and a particularly fine bathroom and had a little balcony overlooking the very pretty gardens. The setting was peaceful and the staff just terrific. Lovely touch to welcome us with macaroons and fruit - delicious! We...

It was magical. Beautiful gardens with their own stream running though them. Every room or cottage in the hotel different and with its own charms. Very clean very comfortable and the best breakfast in the world overlooking the best scenery in the world. The dinner we had in the garden was exceptional better than the 2 or 3 star Le...

Great location, beautiful garden, spacious and tastefully decorated room. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Excellent food in a beautiful dining room, both inside and out. Breakfast is most delightful. Great stay. Pity we didn't stay longer.

This hotel offers you all the tranquility you need every once in a while ! Great rooms remodeled into an ancient mill with the surroundings/garden kept as authentic as possible (e.g. the water used for the mill ruins still under the house). Very kind/helpful people and an excellent breakfast (a combination of individually served food with buffet-style self-serve offers). No...

The location is in the countryside of the Alsace, in a small rural town of Gundershoffen. However, the grounds are beautiful and have so much character. An old mill, our bedroom suite was above the rushing water of the old mill's water channel....it was soooooo soothing to go to sleep to, and to wake up to. Rooms are chic chic...

wonderful place, very good hospitality by owner and staffs! We will comme again! In the evening visit in Le Mouling gourmet restaurant or in gourmet rest. Le Cygne, 10 min. far from Le Moulin, on the main road. Excellent food and good price/quality relation! (reserv. recommended).

This hotel and its grounds must be one of the most beautiful in the world. Le Moulin, located in the tiny town of Gundershoffen in Alsace quite near Germany, offers luxurious modern comforts and amenities in rooms that are gorgeously decorated with French country furniture and accents. Each room is unique in size, structure and furnishings, but the 3 rooms...

We stayed at Hotel du Moulin over Christmas 2013, and without a doubt it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed, with the best service I have ever experienced. The hotel is situated at the end of an unassuming lane. When we reached the end and drove through the gates we were met with an amazing...

Stayed at Hotel Le Moulin for business for 5 nights. The hotel is in the small town of Gundershoffen. Quiet, peaceful - the place to get away from it all. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Plenty of parking and good WiFi connection. The hotel's best feature is it's service. Annie and Corrine can't do enough to make your stay...

Quirky and peaceful hotel with an excess of tasteful clutter that somehow worked in this setting. Our room - no.5, L'Alsacienne - was very attractive (though the bed was a little small) and the sound of the mill race outside was soothing. We ate at the hotel-owned restaurant in town (preceded by an excellent bottle of Riesling on the lawn...
