It was over an hour from the airport but fascinating just seeing all the sights and there was a private transfer waiting and handed bottled water and wipes if we wanted them. Hotel was amazing, views, food, staff and room. Couldn't fault it. We booked a valentines spa experience which was 3 hours of luxury, more expensive that the massage parlours across the road but the ambience and service were well worth it and so so cheap compared to England. Lee who took morning Yoga and pilates was brilliant and he did a one to one thai boxing session with my partner which he thoroughly enjoyed and in fact they both laughed so much all the way through.

It was my fourth trip to Phuket, but I was a little nervous because it was my first time in southern Phuket. But that worry quickly turned out to be a useless worry. I mean, this hotel is that great. As expected, I will finish this review simply with advantages and disadvantages. Strengths - The price! The price! The price! The price is really good. You'll know what I mean when you come into your room. I don't think there's a hotel like this in Phuket at this price. If you value cost-effectiveness a lot, I recommend you stay here. - If you get a room Pool Villa side , you can see the vast ocean view south of Phuket. - Breakfast is also very good!(This is a good tip. If you ask the staff at the breakfast restaurant separately, you can eat fresh mangoes on a plate.) - This hotel has a private beach and you can enjoy various water sports. - The programs run by the hotel are very fruitful and good. - Outside the resort, there are massage shops, laundry services, and reasonably priced restaurants. There is also a taxi service, but everyone uses Grab or Bolt these days, so just refer to it. - Almost all the staff at the hotel in Phuket are friendly, but I think the staff here were even more friendly. They always greeted me with a smile first and looked for any problems. I was very moved and thankful to see them like that. Especially, an employee named Best helped my family a lot. Thank you so much. Weakness - Sad news for someone who likes snorkeling. I'm not sure because I can't go deeper, but I couldn't find the point where the fish are. In addition, the difference between the tides is huge here, so you have to catch the timing when the seawater comes in. When I stayed at this hotel, it was windy and the view underwater was blurry and bad. I heard there is another beach near this hotel, but I haven't tried it. I'll try it on my next visit to Phuket. - The convenience store right outside the hotel is gone. - Grabfood or foodpanda are available, but the hotel is quite a long distance from the delivery area, so delivery costs are high and it takes some time. That's it. You can think of the rest as advantages. Of course I'll stay here next time I visit Phuket. I think three nights will be enough. Thank you so much, Pullman Panwa Beach Resort!!…

Booking in a bit hectic, room very clean and good sea view, breakfast excellent help from Karen,Kate & moay to explain what was available and where, if anything extra required they was there to help and bring it to your table. Plenty of sun beds, pool clean excellent staff around the pool, but no child pool, beach a bit dirty and sea very tidal. Lots of steps down to the pool , no lift to the breakfast room level or pool

The stay in the hotel was awesome and my room 8025 was such peaceful that my wife skipped all other outings. Greatest fear was for Indian Food but CHEF RAJU was a life saver for us.He made such a delicious Indian food that we rushed back to hotel at dinner time for his food. The arrangement made for my wife’s birthday was very very romantic and special dinner menu prepared by chef raju made my wife’s birthday complete. Thanx PULLMAN and CHEF RAJU for making our trip enjoyable and memorable.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff from your first welcome at reception to your goodbye by the porters. We stayed for 6 days following our trip to Japan and wanted rest and relaxation with the luxury touches and that is what we experienced. All the waiting staff were happy, friendly and eager to please. We were all inclusive denoted by a coloured wrist band and we were never kept waiting or wanting for anything. The themed buffet nights in the Aqua restaurant are wonderful with the Indian night being our favourite. They even have a tandor oven making fresh nan while you watch. We loved the Indian food so much we chose this on two other occasions from the a la carte menu. The Wagu burger, fish, Thai and Mexican choices were all beautifully cooked and presented. Cocktails were plentiful and the Tamarind Thai restaurant is worth a visit too. Thanks go to Pomme, Koy, Nu and Aun who were so lovely and welcoming every time we encountered them. The Edge is a great lunch time eatery and food freshly prepared. If you are not full board then the food is very competitively priced and not expensive at all. £7.50 for a cocktail and approximately £10 for lunch and main dinner menus. Starters and puddings would be extra. Our room was serviced everyday to a high standard and the maids again all polite and friendly. We joined the beginners yoga morning classes and despite other reviews being negative we found them excellent and encouraging with gentle help and instructions that has made us want to take up yoga when we get back home. Thank you Mr Yoga Instructor. He even took our photo on our last day and would highly recommend joining in even if you are a novice. The beach is beautiful and shallow and safe for children and for walking at low tide. The hotel offers trips and we went on the Phi Phi Island excursion an absolute must. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and accomodating. They should all be well rewarded for this efforts. The facilities are exactly as they appear in the pictures and quite a sensational resort. The spa treatments were top of the line and understandably higher price to the massages on the street. The downside was the repetitive menu and having to pay extra “surcharge” on some menu items (many items). The drinks package “free flow drinks hour” was also too limited and needs to allow the full standard list of cocktails. Other than that, a great resort and nice for a comfortable 1 week stay.

What a great experience. We are a family of 8 (from 23 to 66 years old) who had a great week at PullmanPhuket Panwa Beach resort. Especially the staff is amazing. Very nice, welcoming, smiling and always willing to help and assist you, if needed. Kaew, the supervisor at our breakfast buffet was extremely nice and always eager to help and ensure we had a good stay, as well as Kate, Boo and Tum. Our cleaning lady, Kung was the best and even gave us a bouquet she made upon our departure. Never experienced that during our previous 9 times in Thailand!. Vibeke
