Had a wonderful time in Phuket at Amatara! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and peaceful, the service was excellent! The staff were all very warm, smiley, attentive and efficient, always going the extra mile and taking such great care of me. The spa/massage was also amazing. I was able to relax and recharge properly for the first time in years so a huge thank you to Nit and the incredible team! I will be back for many years to come and highly recommend to everyone. Also, although it was the start of the rainy season, the weather was great and only rained for a bit - and when it did, it was quite relaxing.

We had an outstanding stay! The hotel setting and facilities are simply breathtaking, but what makes the stay particular special is the staff. The staff was incredible. Accommodating in every way. The rooms was beautiful and very clean. I had many spa services and all were exceptional. The food at the restaurants was also great offering a wide variety while still healthy. I would highly recommend this resort.

What an incredibly well located hotel with unbelievable views. Amazing staff who are always on hand to help and please. My wife and I came here to meet our daughter and boyfriend who are travelling for 12 months and wanted to treat them. I don't think we could have chosen a better place, every bit a 5 star resort. Lovely food and we all had a 90 minute luxurious massage early on the holiday at the hotel spa, fabulous.

Such a peaceful, well established resort with a luxurious, spacious and superior atmosphere. I was very happy that this was available for such a good price on Agoda. There are many secluded pockets which you uncover as you explore the resort, a good choice of restaurants, a private beach, and beautiful view from the beautiful Bayview room. The staff were very friendly staff, in particular Jasper, was so lovely on check-in desk :) Thank you for a wonderful 2 night stay which felt much longer! I would love to come back!

I visited Amatara both with a friend for the first few days and the solo for the last four. The experience was perfect throughout. The site is beautiful and never felt crowded. The Welleisure package we were on struck a perfect balance between healthy living, relaxation and enjoyment. The staff were all kind and helpful and went out of their way to ensure that my food allergy needs were met. Oil and Nin offered great service, remembering everything and ensuring that our stay was perfect. Mind's cooking at Senses was perfect - I never felt that I was eating low calorie meals and on the last night the specially prepared meal so that I could enjoy a Thai curry was a delight. Thank you to everyone at Amatara.
