The place is very nice with a pool and a grass lawn. There are sunbathing chairs as well with a bar. We stayed at the Bul Bul campsite and had our own bathroom and shower (had to walk a little to get to it). My only complaint was the cost of dinner. I didn't ask the price assuming it would...

We only stopped in here for a coffee on our way from sossusvlei, but I wished we had stayed here instead. It's a lovely and quirky little homestead with statues a plenty, nice plunge pool, easy access to a nice winery down the road and lovely staff. Highly recommend a pit stop here or even stay here and day trip...

Our first day of our tour of Namibia 16 people in 5 jeeps on our way to the dunes in the Namibia Sand Sea. Having driven southward form Windhoek mostly on gravel roads we arrived in this camp site on the dry river. The rooms are located about one km away from the lobby which looks just as I had...

Loved all the art scattered around the grounds fun and interesting. Grounds are well kept and a nice little pool. On arrival we were meet by the rudest person we meet on our entire trip, The raven haired women at reception was just down right nasty which kind of put us off if we hadn't have booked a few months...

Our room in the Tsauchap River Camp was the Eagle Hideout. The theme was reflected in and around our cabin. The warm water is heated by coals renewed every morning and night and the electricity is solar powered. The cabins are located apart from each other in a way that you feel alone in a beautiful countryside next to the...

We spend two nights in the Chalets and had a wonderful time. The chalets were clean and beautiful. We wanted to visit Sossusvlei and they gave us all the information you need. It's an 1 hour drive and since we wanted to be at 6.30am at the gate of Sossusvlei we left very early at 5.30am in the morning. The...

When your job is your passion, it shows! this is clear from the Steyn's in Tsauchab River Camp. We enjoyed the private campsites, uniquely built ablution and absolute silence that it offers. Beautiful pool with a lush green lawn comes as a surprise in this part of Namibia. Nice 4x4 route and hiking trails. Best of all - taking a...

We visited Tsauchab River Camp during a recent family vacation. It was one of our last stops after 2 weeks of camping all over Namibia. We had decided on the venue initially, based on the private nature of the campsites. Little did we know that we would be treated to the very special Shrike site. Situated at the very end...
