A charming, welcoming, small boutique hotel on a small lake in a quiet corner of eastern Germany in rolling wooded countryside perfect for hiking, boating and relaxing. We've stayed at this lovely place before. It lies in the lake country north of Berlin -- an easy hour-and-a-half drive on the autobahn and country roads. It has the character of a bed-and-breakfast, yet the elegance and charm of a country inn. The small number of rooms are all on ground level, either facing the lake or the woods,...

If you do not know about it, you will not find find it! We went there with our friends for dinner on a fine summer evening and can thoroughly recommend this fine family- owned restaurant (it is also a hotel, but we did not stay overnight). Firstly, we had drinks at the lake followed by a seven course gourmet menu...
