Long Beach resort is perfectly located in the downtown center of the island and within a few minute distance from all great dining places (Chez Carole, Ganesh, 343, Ra Khoi, etc.) and also very near to the new Night Market. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the island. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good and...

Location was perfect, just a few minutes away from best restaurants in the town and the night market. The beach was one of the best I've ever seen in Phu Quoc island. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Requested services were very fast and good. Breakfast was sumptuous and they changed the menu every day. Also another major plus was...

Great new room, large with bif bed, lovely bathoom. Beach needs more cleaning and service and privacy. Bech restuarant had very slow service. Nice location but needs more service like towels. Room service needs to go longer than 10 PM.

Dear Monneary, Thank you for you feedback and glad that you like our modern room which is spacious. As the beach is also open to the public, sometimes it is beyond our control although cleaning was done by our staff on daily basis before dawn. Apology for the delay on the services at our Beach Bar/restaurant, this has been forwarded...

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was in a new wing, with plantation shutters on the windows, sparkling bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the large resort style swimming pool and the beach beyond. The older wing has little paths running through what look like traditional village style suites. However, the new wing is closest to the beach, pool and...

This hotel was recommended to us by a travel agent but maybe next time I will do my own research. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from the main business district where there are many restaurants and cafes to choose from, some great, some not so great. The hotel it quite pretty to look at at first...

We stayed here in one of the family units (modern wing) for 6 days over Christmas and were very happy. Accommodation good for a family of 4, with two bedrooms, a spacious lounge area, shared bathroom (shower only) and a big balcony. Kept clean, neat & tidy, sleeping was very comfortable and air-conditioners worked very well. Gripes we suggest they...

Let me start by saying I have no idea about the surrounding resorts, I can only base this on my stay here. I stayed here 3 nights. I want to say I loved it but I can't. It has HUGE potential, it's a small older resort, but that's fine, I wanted a non commercial and authentic feel. You do get...

We stayed in the ancient side, and the architecture was stunning. Rooms are fully wood-paneled and full of custom wood-work, including wood tub, wash basin, and wood-paneled shower stall. We felt very cozy. If you are sensitive to noise, let them know ahead of time. The first room we were given faced a neighbor's crowing rooster. This bird never stopped....

Arrived early afternoon and were picked up by the hotel minibus. Our room was lovely, an ancient suite over two floors, all wooden with two bathrooms. Unfortunately we had to stay in the room for a couple of hrs whilst some one tried to fix the air-conditioning. We ate in the restaurant that evening and there were only two other...
