We stayed in the modern rooms and absolutely loved this resort. The staff were very patient and welcoming of our young children. I found prices to be reasonable and the food was fantastic for both room service and restaurant. Most of the staff spoke enough English to converse with us however the thing I loved the most, is how beautiful... More

We stayed in one of the ancient rooms while in Phu Quoc. We enjoyed the room and private balcony, as well as the beach and home made beer. The lighting in the room was a little dark, but there were ample windows. The resort had an excellent design and a much quieter than we expected. The beach was lovely and... More

Writing this review while waiting for the water to be fixed. This resort CANNOT be called 4 star when the facility is really terrible. It gave issue on the first night we are here itself, the hotel lets some other outside visitors rent the pool area and partying the whole night, if you enjoy some sort of hard rock music... More

We stayed here in March for 9 nights, which in Phu Quoc is a long time to stay. The resort was very quiet as I think this is more the low season following the new year, but for us was the best time, it was quiet and relaxing, no husstle and bustle a fantastic beach location, not yet fully developed.... We came on our honeymoon over New Years 2016. It was a magical experience! Service: top notch. From Joey at the front desk, to Khanh showing us our room, to Dung at our dinner every night, to Conrad at breakfast every morning, we were welcomed and the service was so amazing they felt like friends! Food: definitely do the BBQ... More

This resort has lovely grounds and friendly staff, but not 4 * service, unfortunately. The traditional room was very special, but we were awakened in the middle of the night by a faulty alarm and the staff shrugged the next day and said well this happens. We also asked for wake up calls twice and never received them. Apologies were... More

Five star service with quality accommodation and dining. We stayed in the historic rooms which were fantastic. Definitely will go back and definitely recommended. The resort is located directly in the beautiful Long Beach, close to motor bike hire to take the recommended trip around the island or walk along the beach to access fresh fruit, massages. Food in the... More

First off, the location on the beach is amazing. Just a beautiful view with nice, clean sands and almost no break to the surf. Now the bad: management was beligerant; the staff, while well meaning, was borderline incompetent and barely spoke english; the rooms were run down and basics such as towels and a stocked fridge were absent; wifi was... We are a family with 4 young children age 2-9. We stayed at Long Beach Resort for 3 nights end of December. We stayed in the new complex near the pool. The beach at this hotel is great, white sands, comfortable chairs, shallow sea with little waves so easy to swim for the small ones. Watch out: the old villas... More

Having read some of the review I had a little trepidation, but it seems like they have taken all the comments on board and put a lot of work into improvements. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable - we liked the traditional feel. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. We went just before the start... More
