We stayed 3 nights and although this was easily the most expensive place we stayed in Vietnam, it was worth it. Cassia (which means cinnamon) was just beautiful and well thought out in every way. The room and bathroom was perfect, the staff woudl erect our mosquito nets each night. The pool was lovely having not really had one for...

We chose Cassia based on the reviews on trip advisor and it did not disappoint. The room was cozy and the service was excellent. The breakfast does not boast a wide selection but what thy serve is delicious. The homjams are a must. Most if the bars are within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The food we ordered...

At first we thought Cassia Cottage was a bit expensive for Asia but on looking around the island this was one of the better places to stay. Mainly because of the more boutique cottage feel rather than a 'resort' hotel. There was a nice atmosphere with the garden and the pools overlooking the beach front. The staff were exceptionally friendly...

After 5 days in Hoi Chi Minh city, we were looking forward to lazing around in Phu Quoc for a few days. We had forgotten to ask the hotel for transport on arrival, but spotted one of the staff at the airport who went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us. I cannot remember her name, but...

Thanks for understanding what we're trying to do. As boy, we;d go outside the city to a farm owned by a retired chef from a famous hotel, play bocce, eat good food and drink wine from his cellars, catch our own fish, talk with friends. Nothing pretentious. And so we go back and back , to our childhood, or, to...

After a warm welcome with a cool drink and towel, I was given a good intro briefing on a walk around the grounds. The gardens are charming and the pool well kept. Discreet directions signs along the paths were thoughtful, as were the signs identifying trees and bushes. The room was lovely, spacious, and really clean, with the scent of...

On arrival we were surprised at how good the meet and greet was . Mr Ken showed us around , gave us a welcoming drink and answered every question. Rooms are very good, a bit surprising at first is the lack of a TV in the rooms, but we did not miss it. They showed movies everynight if you wanted. The...

Cassia Cottage is an amazing hotel! I arrived one day later than i originally had booked, since my transportation out of Cambodia broke down. The hotel was really nice about it, and helped me get a refund for the missed night from Agoda. When i arrived I was given a fresh drink and a wet towel, which was appreciated after...

Stayed here for 9 nights April/May 2013,weather was fantastic and this was a great place to relax on Phu Quoc. We had a beach view apartment which was spacious and it had an outside shower which added to the bare foot type living you can expect from Cassia Cottage. The restaurant food was good albeit we mainly ate on the...

We were lucky enough to stumble upon Cassia through Trip Advisor when looking for honeymoon accomodation (also for the Phu Quoc half marathon.....long story). The guest services and warm caring conversations with the clearly interested staff were quite amazing. Even more impressive are the room sizes and facilities!!!! Very comfortable and definitely worth the money! The on-site restaurant has some...

Travelled to Phu Quoc from Saigon in March 2012, nice change of scenery from the big city, welcome to paradise island! The hotel site is amazing, huge and colorful gardens, very relaxing. Two pools, nice little beachfront restaurant with pretty good food, we had rented a villa for 3 days for our family of 4 (two adults and two kids...
