Visited the Chester Beatty last Saturday night, what a transformation... brilliant atmosphere, friendly staff and terrific food. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners who showed our group around and couldn't have been more accommodating.

Stayed in the Chester Beatty Inn for a long weekend of biking in the Wicklow Mountains. Very welcoming, excellent food, good rooms and the landlord offered us secure storage for our bikes overnight. All in all a great place to stay and ideally situated to access local trails. We will be back!

Fabulous food and lovely staff, the seafood chowder is really really good but be warned it's very filling, all our meals were great too, but we left bursting at the seams. Only one criticism would be that the chunky chips were a bit disappointing, neither fresh or chunky, but everything else more than made up for it 😁. Will definitely...

Now it's back under new management and is very welcome as an excellent option Mid Wicklow. We've dined there three times in the last...

Just returned from a visit to our family in Wicklow. We were recommended to stay at Chester beatty's. Probably the best recommendation we have ever received. The staff were exceptional, the food was delicious, and the bedroom was without doubt the best I have stayed in for a very long time. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
