What an amazing place. The villa was huge and as there were only 2 of us we rattled around enjoying the space. We didn’t feel the need to go out too much as it was so quiet and relaxing we happily hung out by the pool or under the veranda cooling off under the fans. Everything you can possibly need was provided and apart from heading out to local restaurants and bars for a couple of evenings we were extremely happy to while away the hours doing very little and bbqing. It was a lovely tough being able to send a shopping list in advance so we had food and beers in the fridge ready on our arrival so no having to rush our for supplies. It would be fantastic for couples or families and plenty big enough. Top restaurants and a couple of bars were about half a mile away and were easily walkable so all in all a wonderful hide away.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at The Villas at Stonehaven. It was everything we needed from being fully furnished, well equipped and most importantly clean. We are excited for our next stay and cannot consider anywhere else. Safety and service were excellent also. Location - a short drive away from the beach, good food and to get all your essentials. The Villa - perfect, peaceful and close to nature.

We stayed 11 nights at Stonehaven Villas and they are wonderful. The Villas are enormous and fully equipped. The terrace alone is around 15 metres long and the Infinity swimming pool which was refreshing but not cold with views over Stonehaven bay is around 9 metres long. The on-site staff were lovely and willing to help with any problems which were quickly sorted. The Pavillion Restaurant was still closed whilst we were there but there are several really nice restaurants and bars within half a mile. It’s well worth hiring a car if you stay here as the roads have no pavements and when it rains (with little warning) it’s torrential.

I do not recommend this if you're looking for a luxurious experience and I would not stay again. I stayed in this establishment for a week with my family. I was really disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of amenities i.e cold shower water, hard beds and broken stove. Also the restaurant and bar on the premises was not working which created a additional headache to coordinate and plan our meals daily.

Beautiful, elegant, perfect view, amazing sunsets, large kitchen with everything for cooking, short walk to amazing beach with perfect waves. Beautiful garden and surroundings, many nice birds visiting. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, great pool. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff though no restaurant at the hotel at our visit. Many nice restaurants in walking distance Guard at gate 24/7

Lovely Villa could be either one two or three bedroom layout if you want peace and quiet with a view over the Caribbean then this is the place to be. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and a lot of other restaurants in the area were to, this was due to the Island just coming out of Covid lockdown.

My Mum booked this amazing place for herself, her brother and his wife, myself and my partner and our two adult children - and we will all be forever thankful. To start with the villa was blissful, well equipped and to to die for views from the back of the house and the (much used) infinity pool. Beautiful gardens, a bar and restaurant on-site just down from our villa. Everything you want to do is nearby as Tobago is not a huge island. We had a maid who was chatty and integrated herself into our space with ease, she also had a great sense of humour. The island is inexpensive for most things so it was worth the spend on this stunning accommodation - to be honest I could just keep writing lots of positive stuff so instead I urge anyone reading this to travel to Tobago and it’s idyllic beaches and friendly people and stay at The Villas at Stonehaven. We had a once in a lifetime trip that we will talk about with each other forever

We found out their restaurant was not open when we arrived the first night. Our plan was to dine- in the villa to keep our kids safe. It would have been good if they told us before arrival since other eating places had reopened. The place we stayed at was not cleaned properly the microwave and stove had crumbs and food stuck to it and the bathroom sink had toothpaste spatters from the previous guests. We also had an unwanted visitor, a snake appeared on top the television! But thankfully the security/ groundsmen responded quickly and drove it out for us. The location and view is beautiful but the place really needs to be updated now.

If you prefer to relax and minimize attending to your kids then this is not the place for you since you basically are on your own. Beautiful Villas, lots of trees and one of the national birds, the Cocrico visited us regularly. But, due to Covid restrictions the restaurant was closed. So you either had to order from the kitchen which closed pretty early or head into town. All in all, a place for visitors who more intend to prepare daily meals and be isolated from seeing other visitors.

As much as this pandemic has made it near impossible to leave Trinidad and head abroad, it has afforded us the opportunity to check out these gems that are on our sister isle of Tobago. I spent 5 nights at Villa #2 and I must say it is the most time I have ever spent using a pool. The pool was not deep nor ever dirty at my villa. The villa in itself was clean, yes it can do with some modernization/sprucing up here or there, but I do believe that in itself might just take way from the rustic, European feel it gives. Reception/House keeping was very willing to assist any time they were called upon and I must say you lack no form of kitchen appliances or utensils which made cooking a breeze. There was a slight issue with ants which may just stem from the surroundings but barring this, the privacy and comfort you are afforded especially during these times is second to none.
