One of the best beach resort I went in Fidgi. Perfect hospitality from staff and very helpful anytime. Look like a poor owner but the food and team are perfect and make your time beautiful. The beach front is private and not much people are around that make our time very relax. You can go and enjoy Fidgi water anytime...

After doing a few day trips ton different islands in both the Yasawa and Mamanuca chains from Port Denarau, we decided to stay a night at Oarsmans in the northern Yasawa islands. I am so glad we did! The staff was super friendly -- we enjoyed four wonderful meals in 24 hours + a kava ceremony. Our beachfront bure, though...

Oarsman probably deserves 5 stars for sheer friendliness, but I'm a really tough grader. We didn't actually lodge there, but anchored offshore in our sailboat. They were so nice (as is the spot) we stayed 5 days! In part. we did so for their lovo -- Fijian underground oven-cooked meal. It was quite affordable (30 FJD/person) and the best one...

I couldn't say enough good things about my stay at the Oarsman. To be honest, this was not the type of stay I was initially looking for as a solo backpacker. In the end, I loved it so much I ended up extending the time here. The vibe is relaxed and familiar. Onnie and all of the staff are incredibly...

Went on a day trip to Oarsman's Bay Lodge and checked out one of the newly renovated rooms which have just been done up. This has included installing air con into the renovated rooms, a new bright paint job and interior make over. The rooms are only small and quite poky, however a renovation has clearly given them a new...

So we had a very relaxing visit to Oarsman Bay. We were welcomed with a delicious juice and were really impressed with our beautiful bure. The resort is undergoing renovation and the bures were brand new with a fabulous view of the beach and sea, wooden deckchairs with comfortable cushioned toppers and our favourite bit, an outside shower. The beach...

My partner and I were lucky enough to have a week at Oarsman’s Bay Lodge and it is a stay that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Throughout our whole stay there were never more than 8 people at the resort. This meant we had the beach and the most perfect sunsets to ourselves!! Throughout our entire...

Leaving the yasawa flyer you are just stunned by the beautiful bay...once you get to the resort you see why you are the only one to go there, while everyone is being brought to the blue lagoon resort...after experiencing the staff (especially the "tour guide/host/activity guide") you are left with very mixed feelings...it is hard to say why, but at...
