It is like a dream come true I decided to go on my own to Trinidad and Tobago for 3 weeks. It's been a long time since I've been here 10 years to be exact, so of course I was trepidatious. I didn't know what had changed for the better or worse??? But when I arrived at bacolet beach club...

Stayed for 4 days at the hotel. It was really lovely. The view, the private beach, the hotel, the stay, most of the staff. The negative is that it's really far away from everything. The first night we got there we went to the restaurant - Cafe Havana. The waitress was unpleasant about us ordering food but we could have...

I have a very mixed review for this hotel! Our holiday, which was for a special occasion, started off by us being put in the wrong room. We had booked the deluxe penthouse suite on the top floor and were given a basic room on the lower floor. When we pointed out it was wrong the staff said we were...

The reception staff at first appeared a bit grumpy but any issues we had were dealt with very swiftly. The cafe staff at both the rum...

We booked with BA holidays and my husband chose this hotel as he knows I prefer smaller venues. I was a little wary as after he had booked I was reading some pretty awful reviews - previous reviews seem to be one extreme or the other, so I will be as honest and constructive as possible. I feel the reception...

The staff were friendly, the food was good, the room (in the main building) was spacious and inviting. Overall, the package was worth it. I even told the manager that we would return because we were treated so well...I even...
