We have stayed at Blue Waters several times though not for some time. The updated has been well done and they now have a swimming pool. The food too has been improved in the evening though we didn't eat there in the day. My husband became ill whilst we were there and they were absolutely brilliant at supporting us when....

I can't agree more with the other reviews about this place. The setting is absolutely stunning. It's a peaceful, beautiful getaway...But the service is awful. With a few minor tweaks this could be a little gem of a hotel in Tobago. We had a wonderful holiday there but below are a few comments which amount to frustrations really, because they could...

Blue Waters Inn was wonderful as usual... After graduating in June 2016 my cousin and I came for a few days... Our stay was wonderful and I promised myself and hubby that we have to experience this together.. Fast Forward to Feb 13th 2017 My hubby and I made a spontaneous decision to getaway from the brunt of winter... We...

Did the glass bottom boat tour from the hotel (well worth doing !) and decided to stay for lunch as such a pretty location. Bar & waitress staff could do with a bit of customer service training ; barman gave me sour looks when I asked for 2 coffees mid morning (and then after an eternal wait, bought out 3...

Dear Guest - thanks for the 4 star review following your glass bottom boat trip followed by lunch at Blue Waters Inn. Apologies you found the food and drink ordering process to be slow - your comments have been forwarded to the General Manager. Our holiday was a tale of two halves – The first half Saturday evening through to Wednesday morning was not too good at all and we were looking forward to going home. But all that changed on Wednesday (half way through our holiday) when Erika greeted us with a lovely smile at breakfast on the Wednesday morning. Our holiday was...

Dear Guest - many thanks for your comprehensive holiday review. We are delighted that things improved and that Erika was such a star. All your comments have been sent to the Directors and there are a number of points you raised which will be addressed. I have not seen any comment about the proliferation on non residents going out on...

We stayed here for six nights. The location is great - set in a beautiful bay, with views out to Little Tobago and other islands. Our room was more or less right on the beach, but separated by a path which means that one doesn't trample sand into the room. The room was fine - a good size with fan...

Dear Guest - we really appreciate your feedback and positive thoughts on Blue Waters Inn. It sounds as though the hotel ticked all the right boxes for your six night stay with us. The rooms are indeed really close to the beach - so pleased you got to snorkel and visit Little Tobago. Many thanks for the 5 star review....

There isn't a lot happening at the top end of Tobago in terms of accommodation (or indeed even major towns). I suspect BWI is the best option and is certainly incredibly convenient for visiting Little Tobago. (There are two companies which have their boat moored there and are active but not pushy in looking for customers). Service was generally very...

Dear Guest - many thanks for your recent review and positive comments about the food and service. The northern end of Tobago is indeed blissfully quiet and relaxed - perfect for R&R or exploring the natural wonders off shore or in the nearby rainforest. We wouldn't describe the beachfront cottages as being fancier, but they are certainly very spacious and...

The Inn has a fantastic location with its own security, free use of kayaks, a great swimming beach, lovely pool and infinity pool, however the Inn does need some administration help. Hot tub was cold for most of our stay. Most beach sun beds were broken/ only 1 pool umbrella available . No safe in our room . Meals were...

Amazing what you find when you get off the main road. We discovered this secluded place by accident and decided to stop for a cocktail at the bar and for a walk on the beach, dock and on the property.

This Inn's location does not disappoint. It is on it's own private, gated, road, and is right on a very scenic bay. They offer free use of kayaks but the water was a bit rough for that. They also have reefs a bit off shore. A boat to take you out to snorkel or dive. The reefs are not as...

With just 38 guest rooms and bungalows, Blue Waters Inn sits in 42 acres of tropical gardens directly on the beach at Batteaux Bay, Speyside, Tobago. Getting to us takes approximately 85 minutes from the airport. Speyside is super relaxed with quick access to the Main Ridge rainforest and the key underwater sites of the island. Twitchers and divers / snorkellers are very well catered for and the hotel is perfect for those wishing to simply switch off and enjoy the hotels tranquil location. The beach shelves gently and is considered safe for bathing. Learn to dive at our 5 star PADI dive centre complete with 2 Newton dive boats or explore the rainforest with one of the local guides. All our rooms are air-conditioned and face the sea. Most offer fabulous sea views and are only a few steps from the sand. The One and Two Bungalows are bigger and offer either one or two bedrooms. These are located a few steps from the beach have a patio. Deluxe Oceanview Studios are also very spacious and have an open plan kitchen / living room.
