Last visit was 4 years ago and things have changed. The resort has got older but the basics are still all there. They have improved on the very hard bed by placing toppers on them which does make for a comfortable sleep. Rooms (we stayed in a poolside vill) are still good and kept fairly clean. Pool cold do with...

Having travelled to Thailand for more than 30 times, this is the worse hotel hands down. We were greeted by a receptionist who was screaming at us, telling us to pay another 400 baht because we had one more person than stated in our booking.com itinerary. We are a group of 3 booking two rooms. Never encountered such a hotel....

Excellent location. Very nice employees and helpful. TV Channels poor selection and availability, Availability of beach chairs until 04:30 is very short, should be until 05:30 PM. Very nice suite but price a bit over the average.

Decided on Samui Sense due to its central location and the fact they offer suites, important to us as travelling with a toddler! The location is indeed perfect, right next to the centre of Lamai but quiet at the same time. As our first time on Lamai we were disappointed with the beach itself. The slope into the sea was...

I stayed for a week booking through Agoda. The room and bed were big but there was no outside space and just one small window. The pool area is good and there are plenty of sun loungers on the beach (though some are broken in different ways). The breakfast buffet was okay. The steps down into the restaurant and beach...

We stayed in a poolside villa, there was a walkway and a hedge between us and the pool. The hedge was jasmine and smelled lovely. The room was clean and well stocked but a little dated. My cousin stayed in a room in a block and that had been modernised, I believe they have a regular modernisation programme. Breakfast was...

The staff has under medium english skills, my first room had mold in it, the wifi is unstable(not possible to stream or work remote), the staff was rude to me on two different occasions, and the janitor has left the building.

I stayed at Samui Sense for a week in December 2015 and would go back. It's conveniently located on both the road and the beach (the two are disconnected and sometimes difficult to access). The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very helpful. I also liked the location in Lamai, towards the quieter end of the beach...

Although we didn't stay in the hotel, we did waste away a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon here (on the sun loungers on the beach). All cocktails are 118B during happy hour (massive selection!) and the food is divine! We had crab, squid and pork fried rice - all of which was incredible! The hotel is well positioned and the...
