We stayed five nights at Warrawong Lodge Bed & Breakfast on a Far North Queensland road trip. On arrival, we were instructed on the do's and don'ts of the property and before we were introduced to our room, we were asked to pay in full. Our room, which was very clean and tidy, had the necessary appointments but for our... More

It is true that we only provide continental breakfast, buffet-style. Most guests are very happy with the fresh fruit, yoghurt, and the typical continental breakfast offerings. That is what we state on our web site, so it is as-advertised. Our guest rooms have 2 queen beds, again as-advertised. We have a large guest lounge room with 2 comfortable recliners and... More

We stayed for 2 nights at this very comfortable and well appointed B & B with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is very new, the rooms are beautiful and large and spotlessly clean. There are only 3 rooms. The fresh breakfast was excellent. You do need a car as the drive is long and steep at this secluded... More

This place is up on a hill so a car is required. But the views from the balcony and the pool are unbeatable. The rooms are very spacious and spotless with TV, WiFi and AirCon. Huge kitchen and lounge are available. Unfortunately you feel observed all the time by all the cameras - thankfully no cameras in the rooms. The... More

For a B&B, this is excellent. Our room was big. We loved the view, especially from the swimming pool. Definitely needed a rental car, but it is centrally located in between Cairns and Port Douglas. Very close to Palm Cove, so nice with many restaurants and beach.

We enjoyed our stay because it had all that it promised and that was a lot!! Spacious and clean rooms, spectacular view, beautiful pool, good info about things to do, a lot of things to do and very helpful hosts, nice area to sit in the evening, use of stuff for sandwichmaking (knifes, plates, refrigerator etc). Really Nice!!!

We stayed for four nights. I am very picky about cleanliness. The rooms were spotless. There was a beautiful lounge to relax in with all the good tv channels to keep in touch with the outside world. We had two rooms, as we have two grown teenagers. Karen and Frank are fantastic hosts. I was unfortunate that I needed to... More

I had the wonderful opportunity to spend five nights at the Warrawong Lodge for vacation. What I loved about Warrawong Lodge was that it was nestled on the side of a hill surrounded by lush vegetation with sweeping views of the ocean. At night it was quiet and relaxing, but during the day I was able to walk to Palm... More

My husband and I spent here 2 nights but we could have easily stayed way longer. The couple hosting you are friendly and warm, they also give you your space to read a book, take a nap in the terrace, enjoy the pool, seat down in the living room to watch tv (although you won't need it). Every morning they... More

Warrawong B&B was an awesome find, with spectacular panoramic ocean views & 5 star rooms. The owners, Karen & Frank were very friendly, opening up their beautiful home & providing a bountiful breakfast. It was a very relaxing way to spend a few days by the infinity pool looking out over the ocean & reading our books on the verandah.... More

The Warrawong Lodge provided a wonderful base for our adventures in the Cairns area. Great location yet in a world of its own--high on the hill with unbeatable views of the beach and the sea. We could relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings and the lodge itself. Our room was large and clean, with a roomy bathroom/shower... More
