I can't say enough good things about this place. The setting is so peaceful and the views are incredible. The breakfast every morning was lovely with different options each day. The people were really friendly and really accommodating. The villa was clean, modern and spacious with the pool being a big hit with my children. A short walk takes you to a quiet sandy beach but we only did that once as the pool was so nice. A car is needed as the villa is in the middle of nowhere which we loved. The owners recommended a car hire company and they even drop the car off at the villa for you. We had a fantastic week and can't wait to go back.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by Ellie the owner who personally showed us around the impressive villa.The rest of our party was picked up from the airport with no hassle even though they were delayed over two hours. The facilities were beyond our expectations. En-suite jacuzzi was a real bonus, being able to sip some bubbly looking out at the amazing view was brilliant. I felt really special. Having two bathrooms was ideal and the bedrooms were spacious with ample storage and tv. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served each morning at our requested time and it was amazing to be able to eat on the terrace with stunning views in tranquility. And what can I say about the pool with a view. WOW!!! My family and I travel a lot throughout Europe. After spending two weeks at the Three Graces, we concluded this may have been one of our favorites! Elli and Spyros provided us with an exceptional vacation. Spectacular views, unforgettable breakfasts and a couple of dinners, with very good accommodations. If I could give a higher rating, I would. We will definitely be back!

I lost my husband in April and needed time for me and my children away from it all, came for my 50th and my sons 25th and it was the perfect get away, I have never stayed any where so impeccably clean and well kept, breakfast is brought at a time that suits and they clean the villa half way through the week and change the bedding and towels, I would not hesitate on recommending the villas to any one, they are stunning. You do need a car, but they are only a few mins drive from the airport so a taxi would be fine. The local super market has everything and is really cheap. The local beaches are beautiful and sandy and most most little beach bars that do food. It is only a ten minute drive to Kardámena that has beautiful restaurants and bars, shops. The villas have a fantastic bbq area that has a large traditional bbq and pizza oven with fridge freezer to store meat and drinks and a large seating/ dining area with stunning views over the sea. There is nothing derogatory I can say about this place, it is a little peace of paradise we did not want to come home 🥰🥰🥰…

We stayed here as part of a journey to Kos Airport. Accommodation of the highest standard. Very well equipped with up to the minute technology. Fantastic location, views and extremely helpful owners .

3 Luxus Villas located near a golden sand beatch. In romantic private area, 10 minutes far from city. Very calm and special location, where you can find your soul and privacy.. Tennis court, big BQ place and lots of green. Every villa has its own pool.
