Didn't plan to stay here but so glad we did. We were seeking emergency accommodation following a disappointment with the accommodation we had pre-booked in the area. When I enquired about immediate availability the Director (Alfonso Gomez)could not have been more helpful. The Casa was immaculately clean, exactly as portrayed and had everything required for a comfortable and relaxing stay....

We have been meaning to try this restaurant for some time and we were glad that we didn't read the reviews before going because, in our opinion, they do not give a fair description of the food. It is has a large restaurant and eating area outside. Unfortunately there weren't many people eating so the atmosphere was very quiet. The...

Lovely evening shared with Nocturna Ruta Axarquia Classic car event in a beautiful location amongst rural Spanish olive groves. Excellent service, good local produce well cooked, live music and impromptu birthday celebration instigated by staff for my dad's 80th. Will definitely return. Menu del dia 12 euros looks excellent value

A windy path through olive groves brings you to an architecturally interesting, if slightly bizarre, restaurant. Fantastic views of Lake Vinuela from terrace. Menu is comprehensive with Spanish and French input. Delicious food. The "but" is in the service. This was very friendly but once a large Spanish party arrived, the service died. A very long wait for the bill,...

It's no wonder that Las Mayoralas have removed the restaurant from TripAdvisor as it has gone so badly down-hill. Our latest experience was an undercooked paella that tasted of nothing, contained no decent amount of ingredients (3 clams, 4 pieces of chicken, 2 prawns) and what seafood there was, was all frozen. So bad was it that we could not...

Fantastic location and great facilities. Traditional restaurant and romantic terrace. Only reason sleep quality is marked down is nothing to do with comfort or peace and quiet (both very good) but because bed in house 9 is on a mezzanine in the apex of the vaulted ceiling and it was just so hot because all the heat rose to that...

In fact I like to keep this review for myself. Don't tell anyone about it, because it is so lovely. About one hour north east of Malaga and lying in a very quiet but beautiful area. Nice little house with your own pool! Also a nice restaurant/bar on location. One hour drive from Malaga, Nerja. Also nice to visit: Comares.
