We stayed for two nights in April 2017 and it was the highlight of our trip. when we arrived, we were greeted with bottled water and preserved cherries. Yannis gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities. The cellar suite was clean and quiet with high quality linens and towels. The stone bathroom was also well equipped, clean and stocked...

We visited Hydra in early March 2017, and this hotel was just so beautiful. Our room was perfect, in every sense, the comfort, the view was breathtaking and the young man who looked after us was just such a nice guy. He was professional and answered all of our questions. He even greeted us with cold water and local cherries....

Superb historical building dated since early 1800s. Very well restored offering all modern amenities by respecting the character of the building and Hydra island's culture. The staff is excellent and Yiannis who is managing the hotel is always there offered to help the guests. The breakfast is of good quality with Greek traditional products. Views may not be great but...

A last minute booking turned out to be the best part of our trip. An incredibly beautiful, restful place nested in the hills of Hydra. Beautiful views, great breakfast, charming staff. Would love to return soon!

We visit for 5 nights in august 2016. FANTASTIC Hotel !! Everything is just "the best" ! Luxury rooms, quiet, interesting old building, great breakfast, and lovely staff! Everybody (staff and guests) are smiling ! The turtle in the garden likes fresh fruit :-) (I think I got a smile from him as well? )

This hotel is pretty special. It is a short walk from the port. Giannis arranged to have our bags carted to/from the hotel. The room was really beautiful with an outside veranda. The breakfasts were also on a beautiful veranda. Giannis, our host, was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Before we left, he helped arrange our transfer via Hydra-Ermioni ferry...

WE had planned on 2 days in Hydra but when we were told 30 minutes after boarding the 10am ferry that it was being cancelled because of mechanical problems we found ourselves on the next available ferry, which left at 10pm!! We arrived at Hydra after midnight and luckily the hotel had arranged for someone to meet us and carry...

My family and I had a lovely experience here. We had a room for 4 people on the ground floor right next to the patio that looked out onto the mountains on Hydra. This hotel is not kid friendly and is very formal and exclusive. The wonderful staff provide amazing breakfasts for you every morning without fail. The internet connection...

I cannot find enough superlatives to describe this hotel. Upon our arrival to this restored former mansion (the hotel has only 7 rooms) we were greeted by concierge Younis, who brought us a tray of cold ice water (which we appreciated after our trek from the port with our luggage) and homemade sour cherries in syrup. Younis spent a good...
