We chose this hotel because its close proximity to Wadi Bani Khalid. After one night in Wahiba Sands we wanted to visit Wadi Bani Khalid so it was a good choice. The room was spacious and the bathroom was recently painted. The guy at the reception was kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok! We did not have diner as we...

When we arrived at the Hotel we were welcomed by the owner. His son worked there for another couple of days before he started his new job. I had many good conversations with both of them. They were very kind, helpful, generous and interested in meeting new people. When we did the check-out for leaving the Hotel I was taught...

Really easy location to get to and an excellent gateway to the desert and a stunning wadi. Makes a good break between Nizwa and Sur. Excellent fish biriani in the restaurant too. Staff were wonderfully helpful and really made us feel welcome.

We stayed for 2 nights in this mid-range accommodation which suited our needs before and after our day and night spent in the Wahiba desert. Being on the main road, approx. 30km from the desert and 20 from the Wadi (which we visited twice) it was just what we wanted. Though no meals were included we had a good cooked...

We like the location since we planned to see the sand dunes and Wadi Bani Khalid. It is right off the highway and not too far from town. The room is spacious, but there is no wifi in the room, only in the hotel lobby, which was ok for us. Breakfast was not included and we didn't have dinner in...

Traveling with two small kids, we decided not to drive the long distance to Nizwa, and spend a full day at Wadi Bani Khalid. The only place to stay close by is this rest house. The hotel is basic but very clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but good. We took one of the moor expensive...

The guesthouse is on the main road and is only really usable for a one night stopover. Although on the main road, it is set back enough so as not to be disturbed by the passing traffic. It is in an ideal location for spending a day visiting Wadi Bani Khalid before getting your head down and moving on. Accommodation...
