The room I was in did not have any view- except for the road and rocky hill. The internet connection was spotty, often not available. The grounds were amazing. The dinner buffet was so so. I was not a fan.

Great location aa d amenities. Killer swimming pools/lagoons, including a "lagoon aquarium' where all one has to do is get in the water to swim with the fishes. Topdive on the property is an excellent dive shop. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

We spent four days here between our cruise and flight home. Just know up front that everything in Tahiti is expensive including drinks and meals at the hotel. ($7 for a local beer, $6 for a Coke.) Our rate included the breakfast buffet so it was less painful. We stayed in a "standard" hotel room which was quite large and...

We disembarked from our cruise ship early on our departure date. We pre-booked a Day Pass so we could enjoy our last day in the sunshine. The resort was beautifully laid out and a choice of pool side or manmade beaches, etc. to relax. The seawater pool was very natural and we shared it with a variety of tropical fish....

Had a fantastic over the water bungalow at the end of the dock. Everything you could want, beautiful views of Moorea, boats anchored nearby. Bungalows had been tastefully updated. Food at the over the water restaurant near our bungalow was terrific. Was quiet and peaceful.

Used the Intercontinental as our stopover. Arrived late at night so our standard room was just fine: a little tired maybe but very comfy beds and quiet. Had a walk around the place in the morning and were very impressed by the surrounds, the views, the pool and even a nice lagoon area filled with fish. Kids would love to...

We stayed two nights before our cruise and two nights after. When we checked in we were upgraded to a newer room with a peekaboo ocean view. The room was clean and close to pools. There is a tea kettle with tea and instant coffee in the cabinet. Take power bars and have breakfast in your room. We are not...

It's important to know if the review is from someone who never travels and is awed by every experience or if the person is a rich elitist who thinks every hotel other than the Trump Plaza or Ritz-Carlton is junk.
