We were so happy with our stay here. Staff was amazing, accommodations were great. We were upgraded to the 2 level loft rooms #933 & 938 The pools were beautiful and breakfast delish. Free parking!! Great location.

I actually completely agree with everything the previous reviewer wrote. This hotel is a nice 3-star place but not 4. The room was okay. Nothing fancy but fine. We had all inclusive and with the price I paid I shouldn't really complain. But the food wasn't very diverse. I don't mind having the same for breakfast every day, but it...

I went here with my mother for three nights in the middle of april. We booked a 4-star hotel because we wanted something extra in the low season when the prises are really good. The hotel is very nice! It would have been a perfect 3-star hotel! It has a great pool area, nice garden, good workout fasilities and nice...

Stayed at hotel 26th Oct to 30th Oct, staff wonderful and helpful. First two days weather was lovely. Regular buses to get to Chania but there was no entertainment at all and the location was almost closed. One shop although very handy was ready for closing and clearly running down stock. One restaurant open, unfortunately the food we had was...

Food good, Staff polite & efficent. Rooms comfortable and clean but could do with updating. Packed lunch cost 4 Euros each which is unfair if your AI. Drinks limited on AI & you have to pay after 10pm

Went to creta palms 19th-26th October. Good points- lovely hotel, attentive staff, good food. Bad points- atrocious weather (torrential rain, thunder storms and hardly any sun), 90% of everything outside the hotel shut down, no entertainment at the hotel. The result was not a good holiday. Avoid Crete at this time of the year.

Spent a week at the Creta Palm late September early October 2015. It was everything it said it would be be on the website. Very nice room overlooking pool with most of the things you would expect in AI. The hotel caters for all tariffs with one bar for AI and another for SC and others. It was a bit...

The Creta Palm hotel is a lovely holiday destination. The manager Christos and his staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. We have been to this hotel several times and the service is always relaxed and friendly and polite. Our room was nice and clean with a good balcony overlooking the pool and bar. Regular towel and bedding...

Amazing service above and beyond their ranking! Better than the 5 star hotel up the street! Breakfast wad fresh and good variety. Only thing i would say wasn't perfect was the beds, but they are all hard in Greece. Highly recommended! Gonna be back again.

- Wifi worked (only just) in one spot in the room unless you had the balcony door open. I think the sound proofing effected the signal. Elsewhere it was a good connection just a bit slow. They provice free wifi for 2 devices and after that it is €15 for another 2 devices. - Air con (free) was fine once...
