Lovely room and location, though only having a skylight was a surprise at first, but wasn't a problem. The other rooms had standard windows. Fantastic breakfast - good choice of cereals, fresh fruit and full English. Julie and Charles were very friendly and helpful. The electric car charging point worked brilliantly.

The location, too, was very handy for all the places we wanted to visit and in spite of being not far from the road, there was... More

Travelling in Cornwall during the month of September requires advance booking, especially if you need more than 1 room! I was not aware of that when I started on a tour trough SWEngland with my parents. So, when we got to Truro, a family room at a 'Farmstay' was our... last choice. As it turned out, however, not one we... More

We were warmly welcomed back by Julie. We had the same immaculate ,comfortable and spotless room. We particularly like the big walk in shower. The tray of biscuits, teas and coffees had a good selection. Breakfast was tasty, well presented and we loved the cooked breakfast and homemade marmalade. We would recommend this B and B for all the above reasons... More
