Because we only booked 6 days before travel, there were only studios available (we usually have an apartment), but when we arrived, the studio was well appointed and spacious, with a decent sized balcony, overlooking the pool and with a sea view to the left. The snack bar served excellent quality food, with a wide range of drinks. The pool...

Had a fantastic holiday from beginning to end! Entertainment team and kids club were fantastic, professional and entertaining and definately made the holiday. Accommodation was clean and well equipped, great supermarket on site, and fantastic swimming pools for the kids with an amazing splash park on site. Restaurants in resort were all great and very reasonably priced, all had play...

Loved every minute of our holidays, it's the second time we have been and will be going back. The kids club and creche were fantastic and the entertainment team are great. Alykanas is only small but is very nice, nice restaurants .... the food is delicious and the people are so friendly. Great family holiday with our 5 yr old...

Party of 2 adults and two children aged 10 & 7. Travelling 11 July 2014. After an 18+ hour delay getting to the Alykanas we were allocated room 804 which is located to the rear of the reception area above the bar, pool tables and air hockey tables so not very impressed that Thomson's had not paid any customer care...

Bagged a last minute deal which was brilliant. Rooms: basic but fair. Very spacious, clean, and neutral. We were in 201 baby pool end.. Nice and quiet. Hotel staff: EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. Location: after visiting Corfu and Kassioppi; disappointing. Visited Zante town; 30 min bus 1.70€ which was awful.. On transfer back to Zante airport went through Tsilivi; 20 mins from...

We are a young couple with a nearly 3 year old. We stayed 11-18th July and loved every minute. Wish we were there for 2 weeks (or more)! Already looked to go back next year. Only think that's put us off is that apparently it will not be a "Thomson family" hotel next year so going to check out what...

For families with small children this hotel has plenty to offer. The kids club staff keep the children entertained with various activities throughout the day. The three different pools and splash park mean they aren't overcrowded. Only negative is the lack of sunbeds and the sunbed hoggers..basically if you want a sunbed you have to become one of them and...

As the above says sunbed blockers up at 7am (even when it was raining 15/7/2014) apart from that and the €190.00 charge for air con and a safe for 2 weeks (we had 2 rooms) this is a good hotel, not 4 star as listed by Falcon / Thompson. Rooms basic and clean. Only had breakfast ate lunch and dinner...

This is a basic 3* hotel. That not to say it's bad, but 4* it is not. We booked a family room & were allocated a ground floor room facing a (noisy) carpark. The room only had subtle lighting & doors at one end, making it rather dark. There was no view. The self catering facilities comprise a small 2...

This holiday was fantastic. Fantastic view of the bay and kafolonia every morning when we woke up . Apt 174. Apt was spacious, v.clean. The resort was great too lots of good restaurants to choose from. Too many to put them all down. I thought the prices were reasonable too. Loads to do on the beach aswel.
