This was our first time at this hotel, and we had a lovely stay. We received a warm welcome from Yiota and her team when we arrived late in the evening. Our studio was refurbished, and was lovely and also clean. The location of the hotel is very central and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool is stunning with plenty of comfortable sunloungers. The pool bar staff were very friendly and attentive providing an excellent drinks and food service to the sunbeds - in particular Alex did a wonderful job making everyone feel welcome and we looked forward to his little chats every day. We have booked to stay at the Letsos again next year and can’t wait to be back.

Rooms very good, shower amazing but we did upgrade to the newly renovated block. The swimming pool was very nice too. The lady in reception was very nice and accommodating and amusing. We didn’t eat there so cannot comment on the food. There is plenty of things to see around the area and the hotel is very well positioned for walking around.

Don’t be fooled how well this hotel photographs, there are some nice rooms but be aware the hotel try’s to scam a further €150 from you on arrival. On arrival the receptionist said we had to stay in a not refurbished room, that the hotel was fully booked but if we paid €150 in cash we could stay in a room that looked like the ones photographed as they said we hadn’t booked a luxury room. We looked at both rooms and refused to pay, then then found us a slightly better room, sill not refurbished and said we could move to another room in two days time - funny how they said they were fully booked then showed us the empty rooms! and this was in October at the end of the season! So we couldn’t unpack for today’s and the room was awful, gap under the door let the corridor light in, so noisy as the walls were paper thin, really worn and dirty, with the open drain in the centre of the bathroom stinking. The luxury rooms pictured to look like this hotel is in a complex, when it’s two blocks sandwiched between two busy roads and a really load bar opposite. The little private pools are freezing cold as not heated and back straight onto the main road, separated by a wooden fence. Don’t believe the photos and make sure you take proof of the room you have paid for because they will try and scam you too. The hotel main pool is also not heated and although photos well is freezing cold and is not finished with lighting wiring taped up and bear ends sticking out of the pool water. There is inadequate fire escapes and the water plant on sight makes a horrendous sound until late at night and send a rotten egg smell around the pool and blocks near the building housing it. All in all you don’t get what your expecting from looking at the online photos, I’d wish I’d read the reviews prior to booking. I definitely will never stay here again or go to Zante, rubbish dumped on the corners of roads and out side hotel gates with loads of stray cats and kittens starving.

Meant to have room cleaned every 2-3 days. I had to ask to have it cleaned after 8 days as it hadn’t been touched! Bad smell from drain. Drain cover in bathroom loose! Very small shower. This was an upgrade!!! I’d hate to think what our room was before this! On the plus side, staff were polite

On arrival to our room all you could smell was sewage. Rain the night before had come up the drains! The room was VERY dated. Beds 50cm off the ground...no good if you have a bad back. Kitchenette not fit to boil a kettle. Shower door had broken so a very poor curtain was in place. We had booked a pool room. when mentioning this to the very unhelpful receptionist was then shown a beautiful new room overlooking the pool. It was ours for a further 100 euros. Why was I paying extra for something I had already paid for? Afte the 3rd day had to ask for clean towels only to be told you had them yesterday and clean sheets today. No. nobody had done anything. to be fair to the lovely cleaner our room was not on her list to be done. She worked very hard and was pleasant. Her seniors on the other hand!!!!!! The pool area was revamped 2 years ago and is stunning. Drinks and food were fantastic. Waiter round the pool very helpful so no need to get up from your bed. Bar food lovely. Restaurant for the half board is questionable. Very small area. Only water for drinks no choice to buy anything else. Breakfast was acceptable apart from the coffee machine broke on our first day and was fixed 5 days later! Surrounding area very nice. A lot was closing but it is the end of the season so no surprises. Bonkers Bar very clean and friendly. Cuba Libra great for cocktails half the price as the rest of the resort and well made. All in all a lovely holiday just rooms need updating and reception staff could do with a personality. Obviously had their favourites!

1st off we had the best family holiday. Don’t expect 5star when your paying for 3!!! This is Greece 3star not the Bahamas! Reason didn’t mark excellent is because few points mentioned below but they are very minor! We booked the family maisonette through Jet2. So did in-laws. Yiota was lovely on our arrival and put our rooms next door to each other. Waited around 1hour to check in due to our early fight! But we went to check out the pool bar for a drink. Only qualm would be the walls are hollow and can hear every conversation. Yes the rooms are dated in the old building but overall they are clean! Self catering facilities are very basic, but who really goes on holiday to stand cooking!! You’ve got a kettle and 2 cooker rings - basic pots and pans but we asked at reception for a toaster and was given a toastie maker so made daughter cheese toastie for breakfast - typical fussy teen! We’re not breakfast people so this suited her fine! Cleaners change towels every 2 days and sheets once a week which is fine. Didn’t overly clean which is fine as I always take antibacterial wipes to wipe round anyway. Only thing we’d of liked is for the bins to be emptied daily as these wasn’t and only done when towels were changed! The cleaners English wasn’t great so very hard to communicate needs! The pool area was fantastic. Fabulous beds, the serving staff were all friendly. The food was out of this world so fresh and tasty! The area was great, lots of restaurants and bars. There was a slight stench near Jammin/DNA bars of sewerage wasn’t sure if the bad rain they had day before our arrival made this worse due to drainage not coping well. Would recommend going a walk to the harbour to see the turtles. Was fortunate to see these a few times around lunchtime. Fisherman feed them daily at 9am. Best bars were iguanas (best cocktails), satisfaction & bonkers. All very friendly staff. Restaurants our favourite’s were Horio - went there twice And me & my mother in law both had the same dishes twice they were that tasty. Paradosiako which is a short horse-cart ride in between Alykes & Alykanas was fabulous and fine dining at its best. Our visit was 15th-22nd October 2022 and alot of the restaurants/bars were shutting or getting ready to shut (some already shut) so beware if going any later than middle October. 10mins up the road in Alykes was totally shut apart from whispers bar & Nostos (lovely restaurant ate there this time and in 2019 when we stayed in Alykes) Overall we had the best holiday and will book Letsos again.

Hotel was lovely. Staff extremely welcoming and approachable. Heard about the reviews and all I can say is…. Never believe everything you hear…. Go experience for yourself. Went with a group of 7 and we had a fantastic time. Scenery was magnificent and the way the residents dealt with us all was amazing. It’s all about the company you have with you, the good vibes and energy…. It’s a beautiful place, go see and experience for yourself…. We all had a fabulous time and we are all planning to go back. Thank you Hotel Letsos…. and thank you ‘Aunty’… 🖤💯🖤

Honest review!!! AWFUL, First of all we got to reception all looked nice! Woman on desk tried to get us to upgrade to a maisonette which on jet2 website we thought we had booked for in the option! No she’s trying to make extra money by offering you an upgrade for something you’ve already paid for!!! Be warned! Then told room was not ready had to wait around for 2 hours at the bar! Then went to see the room and the smell of the sewage nearly had us passed out every night also! Even when taken a shower the smell would come out the drains!! Gave the room a chance horrible outdated rooms! Thunder and lightning first night and had water coming through from the balcony! 2 days after being in the room my mum and daughter were in the front room! Daughter who is 14 just out the shower away to get changed and the door opens! The man who helps with suitcases was away standing saying you leave to my daughter she was like no we have only been here 2 days! And she had the man and a whole family that he helped up staring into the room! Error on his part as he got the wrong room!!!! But it made my daughter feel uncomfortable!!! Couples fighting in 2 different rooms staff did nothing about it so barely any sleep!!!! Then they do nothing to help prevent mosquitos it’s awful they could buy nets or plug in devices! Also ants on beds crawling around!!! Also the majority of the staff never smile or make it feel like they don’t want you there! Although bar staff moody but the servers were lovely! The pool and bar area beautiful the ONLY best part!! Would I stay here again! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!

Despite many negative reviews I attended with a party of 7 for a girls trip. We had a wonderful time. The staff were actually very friendly and helpful. So much so that we started calling the lady at reception 'aunty'. The breakfast was basic but OK and the cleaning ladies so lovely. The pool is fabulous. We booked deluxe family rooms. Our parties came on different days and they put us all next to each other without even asking. You get what you pay for, so our rooms were great. We came with good energy, so we got good energy. No complaints at all. Everyone in the local area was welcoming. We had the best time ever. Thank God I didn't listen to others perceptions and change my booking. Well worth the money. Stick with dulux rooms, you'll be fine.

Stayed here from the 12th to the 19th October when we arrived our 2 rooms weren't available we was asked by the dark haired lady on reception to go n get a coffee n to come back to the reception where she upsold us an upgrade the rooms that we had and its what I actually booked on the initial booking in the 1st place the pictures says it all we had to keep asking for our rooms to be cleaned and to change the bedding which happened once. The shower was Freezing cold I was lucky once to take a hot shower during our stay here the food was not fit to eat so we all ended up eating out every day even thou I had booked half board for myself and family so do I recommend this hotel NO I DONT I will never return to this hotel again I will book another hotel if and wen I return to Zante so please be Aware what you book in the future.
