We paid for a deluxe cabin and were stuck in front of a bus. The cabin we stayed in also was one of the six deluxe cabins in front of the parking lot rather than the river. Biggest disappointment of our two week stay in Alaska. Stay somewhere else.

This place was picked by a travel agent who has a vested interest in the property. Was not chosen by me, nor would it be. Out in the middle of nowhere, you had to take a shuttle everywhere. After a long day in Denali, not much choice for a place to eat but there.

What a great group of people from the drivers (Mel and Sylvia) to the servers. Just great! The buildings, beds, ETC. not so much. Not a place for elderly or handicap either. Location is a bit of a challenge but they compensate with great transportation. I would go back!

Right in the heart of denali this resort had 360 views of the national park. The staff are very relaxed and treat you more like old friends than customers. The main building/restaurant has many kids indoor activities if it rains (which it did for us) such as checkers and puzzles, they also have books and a large Tv. Each room...

This is going to be short and (not) sweet. The road noise just ruins this place. The road runs beside this place for maybe 1/3 a mile or so, so the truck noise lingers when each one goes by. It's really too bad because the setting is great but the highway just ruins it. What some of the other reviews...

Maybe the hotel is nicer ...? The cabins don't have a refrigerator, only have one chair (tight for two) and lighting is nonexistent. You can hear each car cross the bridge and the wash basin is tiny. They are cute from the outside and we are right on the river but it is way over-priced for all the shortcomings. The...

Nice cabin, but with a very small bed (and sheets&blankets) and very tiny shower. Riverfront is the best option, the others cabins are very close to one another, you have to keep the curtains closed. When cars pass over the nearby bridge it´s a very noisy smack each time (especially at night). The restaurant wasn´t that cosy, but the food...

I realize Alaska is expensive but the quality of this hotel for the price was terrible! The beds were poor and some intermittent noise within the building kept me awake most of the night. I can't speak poorly enough of the food! I ordered a Cobb salad and the turkey, ham, and cheese were in a roll and sliced. Felt...

Stayed here in September. Rooms were spacious and clean. Dining was basic but ok, not too far out of Denali town, but has a shuttle bus to the town and into the National Park. would stay there again. Staff were friendly and they have a nice gift shop and restaurant acing the river, with a great view.

I tried to avoid staying here since it had some bad reviews but everywhere else was booked when my girlfriend and I went. At least for us, this place was not as bad as we thought and was pretty much what we expected. If you are looking to stay at a Resort with a fancy lodge and lots of tours...
