Not surprising that the response is so good. Istron Bay Hotel is lovely: friendly and efficiently, multilingual staff (guests are mainly German and British), a really pleasant atmosphere, good rooms (we were in what amounted to a 'maisonette' by the pool), and other facilities. The hotel is built down a cliff, with terrific views, ending in an uncrowded beach overlooked...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during September 2005 for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival we had been upgraded from a superior room to a junior suite with table, chairs and sunbeds. The food was very good although the breakfasts were not as good as I have experienced in other hotels. If you book...

My husband and I stayed at the Istron Bay hotel for the first week of two in Crete and would definitely go back again. We had booked a 'superior' room and were very happy with what we received, including complementary 'champagne', fruit, Cretan cookbook & bottle of olive oil as well as a free lunch one day. Large room and...

Our room was very clean and we had a big (not-so-private) balcony with chairs overlooking the bay. Unfortunately, the...

We stayed for a wonderful week at the Istron Bay Hotel. The food is good, the pool is fantastic and the beach was very nice. This is an excellent place to stay with a family and a great value for the price.

Gorgeous buffets for brekfast, lunch or dinner and nice typical greek cuisine served in differents restaurants and so on. If you find a place to relax and where the...
