Second year for us & as lovely as the last year.
Fantastic staff always ready to assist,
This is a lovely small hotel.
Set on steep hills but has some beautiful views, well worth a stay.
We will make this a regular holiday.
Bathroom very small. Shower leaking. Very noisy insects. Very dark village at night. The entertainer was polish. Very boeing, he didn.t even mind speaking in english. Very boring. Nothing to do. The view is wonderful. All inclusive drinks not very good. The same breakfast. If...More

The public transport is not quite reliable, you can wait at the bus stop for hours, that's what we were told by our experienced travel guide. Our travel agent recommended us the car rental company, sorry, the name fell out of my memory... But I suppose the same company is very well known by the hotel staff, just ask at the reception. It's very comfortable as you can sign papers at the hotel and they provide the ordered car to the hotel parking lot plus you just leave it there after your rental period expires and hand the keys over to the receptionist. Done! The prices were very reasonable, we were not looking for the lowest rate on the market. Most important - they offer FULL COVER if it comes to the insurance, and Greece is not the most friendly place for the 'foreign' drivers, you can have my word for that! Another way to get to Heraklion and get the most our of the trip is to join one of the guided tours including Knossos Palace and Archeological Museum.
Enjoy your holidays, you'll like Crete and the hotel itself!
