This was our first ever stay in Bath and having read other reviews of the hotel was a little concerned before we arrived. We needn't have been concerned at all We were warmly met by Rui the manager who was on reception and shown to our room. The room was clean and tidy and whilst the bathroom was small but adequate....

Not as advertised at all. We thought we'd booked into the main hotel but we told on arrival that we should have read the small print by the less than friendly male receptionist. The room was in a temporary building out the back up a flight of slippery metal steps - no help was offered to find it or carry...

The poorest hotel I've stayed in in 2016 (and I've stayed in alot). The room was 2ft from a busy main road (although the hotel tell you this stops at 8pm, it kept going til gone 12 and started again at 5am) with Windows which didn't shut and a radiator that made drilling noises. The door had a 1" gap...

The hotel was prefect for our (mum and I) when we stayed near Bath to visit the Christmas markets. the hotel is a 40 minutes beautiful stroll along the canal which takes you directly into Bath - perfect. We also took the bus which about 20-25 mins. The staff were extremely helpful with directions and pointing in the direction of local...

I had seen the pictures on there website anc thought I'd be getting a nice room like that (after what I paid) no I was giving a room so small it's unbelievable. The walls are like paper I could here everything from next door...

Just got back from a 2 night stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean any warm. Beds comfortable. Shower a little temperamental going hot and cold. Breakfast good. Evening meal good. There is a charge for the internet. Parking is a bit tricky due to restricted space. Would visit again.

If you are a fan of the film Physco this is a great place to stay as the outside rooms are the spitting image of the Bates Motel. When we arrived (getting in the car park is a challenge due to the seriously restricted access) there was no where to park so had to abandon the car to go and...

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. The staff are fantastic in every way, food was tasty and plentiful, beds very comfortable and plenty of hot water. The rooms are kept clean and it's views are beautiful. The downsides are very thin walls, a bit tired in the decoration our tv didn't work, expensive wifi ( we were wavered that...
