Very good experience, highly recommended but moderate your expectations. Don't expect a luxury of the 5-star hotel. It's just very good holiday resort. Also consider that 99% of visitors are Chinese and some behaviors may surprise you... What we liked most was the remote location, literally in the rainforest. Although the resort is quite big, it is peaceful and offers...

Rooms were nice, but the villa rooms are overpriced compared to a standard (not much size difference) the F&B is acceptable and the breakfast reasonable. Why 3 star only? The breakfast ran out of coffee and never refilled, ordering beverage around the pool can take over one hour (also too limited a selection) the pools were dirty and not cleaned...

The rooms are like every other average MOTEL room in China, either size or the comfort-ability. In holiday season the room price is very unreasonable, the irrigating part is, can you imagine they are selling a 30-RMB worth swimming suit to the price of 400? but still we pay for it and hope to get relaxed here. The spring inside...

We stayed at the double suites with Jacuzzis. The room was beautiful and quite. The hot spring was nice. The closest pool was not far but would be so freezing to swim except right after lunch time. Spa was horrifying. Their Chinese restaurant was Okay. Do not ever try their 88 RMB dinner buffet, it was literally nothing there. We...

The resort is huge, to get anywhere you need to either walk up and down the hills for 20 minutes one direction or wait for a golf cart to take you around - thus if you are traveling with small children, have a stroller or elderly person or have difficulty walking - this place will drive you crazy. It takes...

Arrived at Narada last night and will be staying here for two more nights. Experience so far; I'm giving it a 'Very Good' at this moment, but that's mostly due to the environment (sub-tropical forest) rather than the resort itself... From airport to hotel is 80km, so made use of the (free) airport shuttle; this shuttle runs only a few...

We went to Sanya for a week to get away from the cold Beijing. We choose to spend 3 nights in this resort and would have loved to stay a day longer, but I wouldn't want to stay more than 4 days here unless you are going to have spa activity's every day. The service was very good and helpful,...

Well yes, the receptionist don't speak that much English, yes, the hotel is not everywhere as polished as you have it in Hilton or so. But the hotel is so beautiful in the rain forest, the atmosphere with the electric hotel internal taxis and the nice light settings is so overwhelming, it is much better than any other hotel. And...

I'd never stay in this hotel again! It's over priced, with rude and unhelpful staff who hardly speak any Eng! People smoke everywhere, including the hotel lobby. There are also people hawking and spitting everywhere-it's disgraceful! The disused and dilapidated jacuzzis show that the place isn't well maintained. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, the noise from people shouting...

This "so called" resort lacks quite a few things. First, the food options are horrible, and waiting for an hour to get your food is no enjoyable either. The transportation options are horrible!! If you miss the shuttle, the hotel totally abandons you and says they can not help. In our case, the front desk clerk called a "black taxi"...
