The units at Coco Bay Resort were fantastic. We had a room opposite the pool entrance which made for supervising our children an easy task. The unit was fully equipped with everything that is needed to make your stay very comfortable. The position is perfect with easy walking distance to the Noosa river, public transport and the Noosa Farmers market....

We stayed at Coco Bay Resort during the July school holidays and although it seemed to be fully booked it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The townhouses were lovely, comfortable, very clean and spacious and well equipped. Kids loved the pool and spa. Grounds were well kept and the manager at reception was extremely helpful - got good discounts on...

Just a bit tired looking, Manager really nice, near to all restaurants and the river. Dark inside some units, they need freshening up. Beds comfortable although firm. For the older couples the stairs could be hard to manage. Shower in small bath upstairs. Other shower in laundry downstairs. Barbecue area being renovated, which was really needed.

One of a few places were reception was still open during late evening hours. We liked the house which was spacious and large enough also for a big family. Pricing was very acceptable in comparison to other hotels in the area. Resort is located in a nice part of town. There are very fine restaurants in the vicinity.

What a lovely place to stay. A complex of town house style units with large spacious rooms, a well appointed kitchen, very spacious bedrooms with large ensuite off the main bedroom. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable furnishings throughout. The place was within walking distance to Noosaville, a short 5 minute walk that anyone of any age would find easy...

We stayed at Coco Bay last October and decided to return this May. Once again everything was great .. we had a different townhouse but was equally as good as the one last year. Grounds immaculate, Managers Darren and Debbie very friendly and take the time to stop and chat. Only minutes work to the Noosa River and local eateries...

Excellent little set of townhouse style units set back from Noosaville river (5 minute walk). Family visit with two different units between our group. Both spacious and clean but there are small differences in quality between them so I would check out other reviews for particular unit recommendations. Great pool for smaller kids and two fabulous BBQs which we made...

We shared a 3br villa with another couple, each of us with a toddler. We got a great price by ringing the resort directly. The villa was very well equipped with all the kitchen and laundry equipment we needed. The manager was very helpful with maps, recommendations and got us half price tickets for the underwater world. Allowed us to...

We have stayed before and didn't hesitate to book a unit at Coco Bay this time round too. We loved it!!! We had a pool side unit and it was beautifully decorated, full kitchen, cable TV & WiFi. We went to the Thai restaurant next door on the managers recommendation and had a fantastic meal. The managers also booked our...
