Have just got back from 4 nights here in a campervan with my husband, parents and 3months old baby. My brother and my 4 and 5 year old nephews also stayed for 2 nights. The park is beautiful with bug hotels, hedgehog houses and resident parakeets. There is a basic shop and a cafe on site. The showers are small... More

Lovely clean park, toilet showers and washing area all very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. No club house or anything to do on site just a shop and cafe. But lots to explore in and around Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs. For the train buffs their is the Hornby Visitor Centre. Lots of rides and parks and crazy golfs... More

We hadn't originally booked this site and called them late on a Friday afternoon in desperation! The staff were absolutely lovely and set us up with a fantastic pitch, also providing us with a brilliant map of the area and some useful information for our trip. We had booked into the site next door which turned out to be the... More

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Quex Caravan Park. Absolutely fantastic staff, all so friendly and helpful and they keep the park running perfectly. Lovely big pitches and very well maintained. It's quieter than the bigger sites which is what we liked about it as its small enough to let your children have a wander. Great base for things... More

This is one of our favourite touring caravan parks, it remains unchanged over the years although it continues to improve. It is quiet, ideal for families with a kids play area and safe to run around. The owners make you feel welcome and there are good facilities for both caravaners and motorhomes. The toilet block is nice with good showers... More

Arranged to stay at Quex after a visit to Margate Dreamland - we did not want to drive back to London on the same night. When we realised we'd be unlikely to check in before 21.30 the owners had no issue and left our pitch number on a note in the window of reception. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the... More

Love this caravan park. People are friendly and very helpful. Great for cycling, very close to the sea wall for Margate & beyond. Also to Minis Bay. Quite laid back park, with a good shop/cafe. We come back year after year.
