Hotel is very dated. We need to change room at night due to plumbing problem (shower drainage is clogged and spilling smelly water). Maintenance came to repair but cannot fix it quick, so need to change room. Lots of charlie ants. It keeps me wake at night because I have a 2yo kid (the anxiety to always check on her). Otherwise, not so bad. Food is so-so. Coffee is meh. Indoor pool is enjoyable (after I cleaned up all the charlie of course).

I stayed in suite 2313 on 02/09/2023, the room was spacious, clean and the view was spectacular! I could see half of city and sea view. The view of sunrise was indeed beautiful. I would like to thank to the whole team of Lexis Suite Penang. I would like to compliment Yee Ting (Sales) for the booking arrangement, Check-in staff was friendly(forgot his name), check-out staff (Ms.Trisyia), All crew from Roselle Coffee House very friendly and professional especially Mr. Fifi and the rest of the team that night, all crew from Level 8th as well. I came here to celebrate my birthday with my family and it was the best experience ever. The buffet breakfast and dinner spread was tasty! Love the steamboat buffet - the seafood was all fresh. The room was impeccable - clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The view from my window was breathtaking, overlooking the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep during our entire stay.

Everything in our staycation was so cool and no heart to go back home 😋😋😋😋 they did gave us some welcome foods are nice desserts. Room and their private pool are so cool. Checkout staff is Ms.Trisyia so friendly. Overall we have a lovely day here.

Very nice staff and facilities, they did everything in their hands to satisfy all our needs. Swimming pool in the bedroom was excellent and the beds are really comfortable, we would really recommend it.

Beds are very comfy. View is excellent. Char kuey teow from room service is the best we've ever had. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. Good place to stay with family. If you ever feel like getting away from hustle n bustle of town, this would be a great choice.
