One of the worst 5 star hotel . Oily room and the pool is dirty . Bathroom very dirty and reception will never answer calls . Very bad service and not maintained hotel . Worst place to plan a holiday .Please don’t cm here if you’re planning for a holiday .
I saw a few families with a huge number of members walking into 1 room.... with their own rice cooker... chopping board.... Gosh, that's why the room I stayed full of flies and small insects in the bathroom and water sink. Please do control the quality of the hotel. This is my worst experience after my previous 5 stays before.
My wife and I booked a room for 4 days 3 nights for honeymoon. Check in process was smooth with no hiccups. Although the room floor was a little oily and some amenities were not initially stocked until requested, it was still one of the best stays we have ever had. Amazing seaview from a corner unit. I would like to take this opportunity to commend one of your staff Azmie. Upon noticing that it was my birthday the day of check in, he sent in a free slice of cake and also wished me personally on phone. This kind of service is what made us extend our stay from 3 days to 4 days. Great service like this is what makes customers stay. Kudos for Lexis and also Azmie !
I went here for my honeymoon after checking out from another hotel inTanjong Bungah. My oh my what a relief!! The registration was so efficient , I wanted to just cry lol. Thank you so much Azmie at the front desk for making us feel welcomed and took care of our transition in a blink of an eye. I was so relieved because I had a bad registration experience the day before so I was so happy with the difference of the quality of the service in this hotel. I hope you're in all Lexis hotels that I will go to in the future. Top notch! Also the waiters for our dinner night, love you guys. Lexis hotel - quality service with honest smile from honest people.
Had an great time at this hotel, the receptionist Azmie gave my wife and i a warm welcome and was efficient at booking us in with no hassle. The service was amazing. Plenty of food selections which is important for variety. The view over the ocean was splendid. I highly recommend this hotel.
Our stay in Penang was even more remarkable because of Lexis Suites. We are indeed satisfied with the service. It was beyond extra mile. We celebrated a birthday and honeymoon thus our room was upgraded to premium pool suite instead of executive pool suite. I also requested for a late check out and it was granted, we were given extra 4 hours because our flight was at 5pm and it was FREE OF CHARGE late check out. All the staff were very nice and approachable. They even assisted us with our city tour. Indeed enjoyable stay at Lexis! The private pool is also the highlight of the hotel! We will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family! Kudos to the team!
Staff not friendly at all. Feels like a robot has checked us in. All facilities in the hotel was closed and wasn’t informed at all. Not on the website, not by the staff. We had to check out early cause there was nothing to do around the hotel and the service was bad. It feels like a motel more than a 5 star hotel.
I booked this hotel per ppl recommendations through multiple websites but i think they visited the hotel before the COVID. The price is not cheap its more expensive than shan-grilla and the location is far from all the activities with nothing near it. I arrived with my family the security guy is acting wierd talking in his talky-wake as he is very busy and the president arrived when we were the only one lol. Then nobody helped us with the baggage. 4 staff were in the front desk for check in and we were around 10 ppl but only 2 had computers to help is. I stand in the queue when my turn arrived three of them start talking i even greeted them to start my process, one started to text on the phone and the others ignored me tell i speaked out and the decided finally to help. …
I rented a Premium Pool Suite for 3 nights with break fast for 3 adults. Room was excellent although the pool need some cleaning particularly on the glass wall and side kerb. My main complain is on the way your reception at your buffet breakfast restaurant. Despite paying breakfast for 3 Adults I only went for breakfast with my Wife as my 6 years old son was still sleeping. After we finished breakfast I took two pieces of pastries and 1 yogurt for my son. We were stopped by an Indian lady who mentioned the rule does not allow food to be taken out. Yes I noted that as I am a frequent regional traveler. Despite telling her my son was sleeping, despite telling her we already paid for 3 adult, she still insisted that we left the food. Hotel poorly maintained. Everything looks old and rusty. Pool are not as clean as before. Wallpapers peeled off, furniture old, everything looks like a rundown hotel with 2 stars. Terrible experience with the name of Lexis group.
