I'm not 100%, there was a BBQ supplied with our Eurocamp caravan but we didn't use it so not sure if it was charcoal or gas. At the other Eurocamp site we went to we had a gas BBQ but we asked if they could swap it to a charcoal one which is supplied to the more basic caravans usually. I can't see there being an issue.
