The manager Morris is the only good thing about this place, Electric is pretty much non-existent, WIFI is crap, the TV does not work even if there is electricity. On 1st night ordered dinner, only rice turned up, when I enquired it turns out the boy wrote it down wrong, so we went out for dinner, on our way back...

Booked a night here after reading a description of the bungalows (described as built with natural materials and set in pretty gardens), and because of the great location by the beach (so we thought). Disappointment all the way: said bungalows have not aged gracefully, to say the least, with mould in the bathroom, moth eaten window frames, and electric wiring...

The location of the place was great. Right in the middle of town and really close to the beach. The room I got, was dirty. The bedding smelled as if it had not been washed. I told this to the guy in the reception, and it was cleaned immediately (which was nice) and it helped for the bed. In the...

Noise of construction in between beach and EFR. Can not see beach, can not hear sound of beach. Only two hr electricity from 1200-1400 pm daily. But can not open windows because of so much flies and mosquitoes. It is not in hotel zone but charged over prize. Towels are so dirty with stains. Feel like hell. Precious vacation ruined....

This place would be fine for $25 a night, but $50 is ridiculous (and it was $60 for their concrete bungalows) I believe their high season prices are even more. As with many hotels on this beach, they are hooked up to government power, which they only get from 1pm-3pm, and 6pm-6am. If they had a generator and were able...

We stayed here for 6 days because we needed time for relaxing on the really nice Ngwe Saung beach. The resort is either in the first beach row (you have to walk ca 30 m, thus a real sea view you only have from the roof terraces of the superior bungalows) and in the middle of the small village. Thus...

Firstly they said they took mastercard and they didnt or didnt want to use it. The noise outside our room at 4.30 am every morning was horrendous. Staff were singing, spitting and moving cars around. Ruined my trip to the beach resort. Now the breakfast omg we were told that it would be A la Carte breakfast it was cold...

The location of the hotel was good, the beach is nice, but unfortunately I won't be back. I found the rooms to be horrendously overpriced (we were there during high season, but still, two mattresses on the floor for $80 is a bit much). The staff, although very friendly and enthusiastic, have obviously not received even the most basic training....

Once we checked in our room and my husband went to restroom to use it. He turn on the water and washing his feet. At that time, a snake came out from the drain pipe. We had video of snake for approve. We were so scare and run to reception. All receptionist are easy going and taking no serious. We...

Very happy with the locations, right in the center of the beach, also the chalet was nice. The staff are trying to be friendly but their english is very poor , not very helpful sometimes. Electricity works only from 1-3 pm and 6 -6 am, ONLY FROM 1-3 PM AND 6-6 AM, Internet only worked around reception area. They do't...
