what an absolutely wonderful experience. I am very candid in my reviews and these two days at Coopershill have been dynamic and scintillating one. As everyone has said, Simon and Christine, plus their little 3 yr old, Finn and their dog Juno, contributed to one of the highlights of our travel. Dining, a great meal after suffering with Ashford Castle....

.....There was a couple who dreamed of being married in Ireland and staying at a beautiful country manor home, complete with historic grandeur and a wonderful staff. Our decision to book Coopershill House was the result of a last minute cancellation by the previously booked Inn that was unable to accommodate us. We could not have been more delighted by...

A privilege to be welcomed into the easy grandeur and graciousness of a small stately home in more than 200 years of continuous occupation - no hotel furnisher could simulate that. The owners are rightly proud of all their home-made, home-grown and locally sourced food; we ate all too well.

We were looking a night away to remember for a significant birthday celebration with easy going style, great food and idyllic setting - found it at Coopershill. Friendly and helpful service from Simon and Christina, a superb dinner of locally sourced and artfully prepared produce and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Wonderful experience - hopefully to be...

Coopershill is a wonderful balance of old world charm and modern convenience. There is an authentic sense of history in the house but it has evolved to cater for modern needs. The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views. What makes this place stand apart though is the attention to detail. Every time I needed something it was there...

I walked in and had to physically remind myself to keep my mouth closed....it was so beautiful, well-appointed, historical, and had my every need in mind. The food cooked by Christina, one of the owners, was delicious and locally grown...including the yummy jams and jellies. Pls go to their website and view this incredible Manor House. Awesome!

This again is one of those places with an interesting history, we stayed here for 1 night in the georgian room, which was wonderful and really spacious. We arrived at tea time, so indeed took tea/coffee in the sitting room with a piece of cake, we saw there was a price next to it on the table, but never expected...

My partner and I stayed here at the end of our three week holiday in Europe and it was the perfect finish to a great holiday. This is a very peaceful, restful place to stay. Our room was beautifully presented with soft blues and creams. A lounge and a chair and a window seat along with a beautiful bed and...
