Very beautiful place, superb setting in the mountains. We had a very nice view from the terrace of our room. Pleasant terrace with drying rack. The room and structure are very well maintained and clean. It is not a very recent structure but given the very good maintenance this poses no problem. It’s very spacious, the garden as well as the restaurant. The location is ideal, not even 10 minutes from Teulada and just half an hour from the superb beaches of the southwest, but you definitely need a car. The swimming pool is very beautiful, with deckchairs and umbrellas, better than in the photos. There is a restaurant on site with very good menus. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff are very friendly and helpful, don't speak English or French very well but do everything they can to help you, (we were given a parasol to borrow for the beach). Large parking space within the structure. Be careful, the water in the room is not drinkable, but we had a bottle of water for our arrival, this did not pose a particular problem for us.

Location in the greenery and welcoming and discreet structure. We found an oasis of peace and tranquility a stone's throw from Teulada and the Sulcis beaches. Helpful, friendly and courteous staff. The best thing ? An exceptional cuisine, with succulent dishes cooked by Maria Grazia with the wisdom and skill of a Masterchef. The hotel is located in a great area, quiet and peaceful but close to both the beaches and the center of Teulada. The outdoor areas are very large, the greenery is nice and lush, the pool clean. The rooms are comfortable and those upstairs have a veranda with a beautiful view of the territory. Breakfast is varied and the staff also satisfied our extra requests. Very well managed hotel, in an excellent position on the Teulada hill a few km from the most beautiful beaches of the Chia coast and those of Porto Pino. Great welcome, excellent cleanliness. The hotel represents the real Sardinia; architecture and enchanting locations. The location is hilly but you can reach the sea easily; great location to visit all the beaches of the south area. The food is excellent, fresh and well cooked food, also excellent pizza. The hotel has a nice garden, nice pool and the restaurant is good, with a nice view if you want to have dinner there (the breakfast is very limited). You're far from everything so it's better to have a car. But our room was awful, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I had a really bad back pain for 3 days after sleeping there. The shower is very bad, you don't always get warm water and the bathroom in general looks like a 1-star hotel bathroom at most. Too bad because the hotel itself is quite nice but the room ruins it.

We were very well received. Marco and his brother gave us good beach tips every day. We were very well in this little Pension. Our room had the sea view. The Pension is very quiet. It is 3 minutes drive from the village and 10' from the first beaches.
