Sure, the suite was nice and the hotel itself was very beautiful with the manicured gardens but there´s definitely one thing I´d come back for and it´s the hot chocolate... it´s ambrosia!! It´s the best in the world and I would fly miles just to satisfy my need once more. Gimme more!! My hat off for the most satisfying hot...

We spent a long weekend and this lovely intimate hotel. The service was discreet and the attention to detail first class. The village is interesting but you will need a car to visit the and surounding areas. We would have no hesitation in reccommending this for a luxury break.

Stayed 5 nights in the Pinot suite. Despite being the least expensive of the 3 suites it was very comfortable and had two lovely private terraces. Front desk chap (sorry can't remenber his name - we stayed aug 23 to 30) was friendly, helpful and full of great advice on what to do in the surrounding area. Local restaurants are...

Sunny days everyday, comfy deck chairs, cosy terraces, superb room. Pros - Our entire time at thishotel was wonderful in every sense of the word. I miss it already and I wish we were still there. That says enough I'm sure but I'll elaborate by saying that we has hoped for some time to ourselves in a country setting. We...

We used this fantastic hotel as a base to venture around the Languedoc area. The majestic fortress of Carcassonne is a must-see. Narbonne, Montpellier and Perpignan are a scenic drive away and offered a taste of southern towns in France. Chateaus of Peypertus and Salses are also mere minutes away, historically rich and colourful. We even took a drive across...

The place is great. It was the only stop on our month-long trip where we blew off a paid room in another town just to stay an extra day. The town is very small and there isn't much to do there, so a car is necessary if you need to see something every day, but if you are OK just...

What a beautifully packaged morsel in the south of france. In my opinion, this hotel represents all things plush, warm and perfectly mediterranean. The plus is that we found it very calm and oozed such exclusivity. The hotel as quite a gem and our 4 nights felt a tad too short. Believe us, we left with heavy hearts. Our suite,...

We spent 2 nights in this tiny hotel with 3 rooms only. Our room Pinot had a private wine cellar in the basement. It was very quiet, very clean and tasteful furnished. Every day you get a slightly different bred basket with freshly baked bred and pastry, on Sunday even Champagne breakfast (FYI breakfast even Champagne is included in the...
