We very much enjoyed our two nights in this lovely place. The owner is welcoming, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the views are stunning and the breakfast was excellent. We would most certainly recommend it as a good place to stay in Burgundy, and hope to visit again before long.

We started a bicycle holiday from this excellent hotel B & B. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful country site. Just perfect. A few hundred meters down the road you find the beginning of the bicycle track that takes you downhill for kilometres. The rooms a spacious, the food is extraordinarily good and the hosts are very friendly. In other words a great accommodation to return to after eight days cycling.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We had a wonderful stay at le clos des 4 saisons. Sylviane is a great host. She's amazingly attentive to detail. The b&b is very romantically decorated with a lot of taste. The rooms are super comfortable, the bed fantastically comfortable and the position of the place is very quiet and the air so fresh. Sylviane cooked for us on the first evening when we arrived. As a starter we had baby leave salad with a parsley ham terrine (typical for the region) and also a salmon tartare. As a main we had a wonderful grilled beef filet accompanied by vegy cooked in the oven. And as a dessert she made creme caramel, fruit cake and prune sorbet. The quantities were very generous. We couldn't possibly finish. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. Sylviane makes her own marmalade and she had 12 sorts on the table. They were all delicious and accompanying the fresh baguette and vienoiserie was a delice. We had such a great time relaxing and since the b&b is ideally located 20 minutes from Beaune, 1 hour from Dijon and 15 minutes from all major wine cellars, it was very convenient to go for excursions everyday.

My wife and I stayed there 2 nights, we were the only guests since it was a slow time. We ate there the first night and the food was fantastic. The second night the owner recommended to go to Midupi in Nolay and even drove us there and back. The place is spottless, the service is great, we loved the place.

There are so many positive things to say about our stay at Le Clos des 4 Saisons that it's hard to know where to start. Our room was huge, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The surrounding area can only be described as breathtaking and there is much more beyond the vineyards to experience. But the pièce de résistance was the incredible table d'hôte. We dined at the dinner table twice with other guests and Sylviane proved to be a formidable chef as well as a gracious host. The food and the lively company made for an unforgettable experience, and we can recommend, without hesitation, this beautiful piece of Burgundy.

Everything what was said here about this B&B is true and even more so! We stayed here with my wife and two daughters for only one night and it was a highlight of our vacation which included Paris, Geneva Lake, Swiss Alps, and Strasbourg. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, dinner was excellent with nice food, wine and desert. Great introduction to the French cuisine for kids and joy for us! Next morning breakfast was perfect. But the most important is that Sylvianne made us feel completely at home, only surrounded by exquisite scenery and one of a kind wine route of Burgundy. We will definitely come again.

We stayed here for two nights in order that we could visit the Cote du Beaune wine area.It was very central for this purpose and close to some top wineries. The location was very nice with good views from the garden and was only a 10 minute walk from Nolay which had enough eating places for a short stay. You need a car to get to La Rochepot which was several kms away. The host and hostess (Swiss I think) were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We had a first floor suite consisting of a large bedroom, large bathroom and large lounge. It seemed to be the best "room" in the place. Breakfast was excellent with fresh croisants, rolls, home-made confiture etc. It was good value for money for a long weekend but you probably wouldn't want to stay longer. Our labrador was also welcome.

We stayed here for one night on our way to some friends. The Pro's are: - Fantastic dinner and lovely breakfast; - Very quiet; - Lots of outside space; - Plenty of room for parking; - Big comfy bed (In Autumn room); - Great food; - Very nice, modern, clean bathroom with walkin shower; - Hairdryer; - Wine cooler sleeve on request; - Help with contacting a local producer to arrange a visit; - Friendly guests; - Swiss chocolate after dinner; - Towels provided for lying around on the sun lounges outside; - Local produce used; - Full length mirror, and shaving mirror; - Soap and other mini toiletries provided - but we didn't use these; - Did I mention the food! Cons: - No swimming pool - but the room was very cool; - Too much food (but this wasn't really a problem); - Tempting close to too many nice wine producers; - Difficult to get back in the car.
