Totally the worst and the most terrible service ever! I travel alot but this is intolerable experience hospitality from a hotel. Even a budget Inn way more better. Not even one service that WOW me. Ur front desk staff named El(i guess as i was told since no nametag) shouldn't be in this line! Out of 10, my overall rating is 0.1/10. I seriously not recommend it to anyone if my circle.

I arrive at the hotel 30 minutes past noon. Check in and select the Deluxe Single room at rate RM90 (app USD22) per night. This hotel is conveniently at the Bintulu town as walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes from bus station. They have many dining places , convenience store, supermarkets, massage parlour, KTV and many other nearby. We need the key card to enter the room and for power we need to insert to the slot in the room. They have queen size bed, large mirror, satellite tv, aircond, ceiling fan, mini bar, security box, kettle with welcome drink, desk with chair, open cupboard with hangers, metal garbage bins and baggage place. In the bathroom they have shower with sliding door, sink / tap & sitting toilet. As usual they have provided with 2 towels. All the simple amenities is included such as 2 pairs of sole (in rooms use), solid soap, shampoo, shower cap, 2 pairs of toothbrush, comb & toilet paper.…

Will definitely give worst review this time. The hotel has water pump problem for 24 hours - still ongoing as I write this review - and the maintenance failed miserably to restore the water issue. Please, we choose to stay at hotels for comfort. However, I find myself shortchanged as they failed to provide basic human need

If you wanted some place where you can stay, plus some nearby foot outlets, massage place, bar and lounges and you too not willing to splurge ur budge, this hotel is the answer. I booked the 2 singles which somehow, I dont understand the layout, perhaps save space, but its weird. (picture as reference) but overall, its alright

Me, my boss and our driver stay for 3 day 2 night at Supreme room for business trip. It was cheap and clean. Enjoy our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Next time I would like to come here again with my family for a vacation.

I stayed there for a Sunday night that charged RM 100.70 for 1 double standard room. It’s a fair rate for me. Since it’s not the luxury hotel with full facilities and service, there’s not much facilities and service here. However, the guest room had provided basic facilities and services like complementary use of WIFI, television, cupboard, mini refrigerator, safe deposit box, power sockets, bathroom with hot shower, shampoo, shower gel and 2 sets of towels (face & body), 2 mineral waters, kettle (but no tea or coffee) Sadly, the mini refrigerator was stopped working. I first thought room attendants forgot to switch on the power and wanted to do by my own. In fact, it had been already turned on. Besides that, the bathroom attached with toilet had strong smell. So disgusting and I even closed my nose while in the toilet. Further, the hotel had very thin wall and I could hear the noises easily. I felt like I was close to the noise. I can say my sleeping was being disturbed. Moreover, the hotel also had problem with the linen and towels. I could see the yellow and black color on the bed linens and towels.…

i chose this hotel because of the location. it was near shops, banks, eateries and others. its situated near Sing Kwong supermarket and Farley supermarket was just across the main road. so it was convenient to get almost anything. the room was also very comfortable and had every amenities i needed. the rate was also very affordable and was within my budget. i recommend this place to those who would like to go to Bintulu to enjoy the fresh sea breeze without having to spend too much money on accommodation:)

Cheap, clean and sufficient hotel rooms. Noise insulation can be improved, mainly from roof and tapping rain. Near a commercial area with plenty of restaurants around and connected to the main roads of Bintulu. A bit far from the city center.

Simple and clean hotel. It is recommended not to take breakfast package. Instead you can have your breakfast anywhere around since there many places that you could around to eat. No coffee and tea making facility but you do get kettle to make your own hot drinks. Ironing and laundry is upon request
