Nice room & neat. No breakfast provided. TV room channels not so much option. Bathroom is clean. If you book thru their website itself, you have to re-confirm your booking by call them up for confirmation .

Me, my boss and our driver stay for 3 day 2 night at Supreme room for business trip. It was cheap and clean. Enjoy our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Next time I would like to come here again with my family for a vacation.

I stayed there for a Sunday night that charged RM 100.70 for 1 double standard room. It’s a fair rate for me. Since it’s not the luxury hotel with full facilities and service, there’s not much facilities and service here. However, the guest room had provided basic facilities and services like complementary use of WIFI, television, cupboard, mini refrigerator, safe...

Cheap, clean and sufficient hotel rooms. Noise insulation can be improved, mainly from roof and tapping rain. Near a commercial area with plenty of restaurants around and connected to the main roads of Bintulu. A bit far from the city center.

Simple and clean hotel. It is recommended not to take breakfast package. Instead you can have your breakfast anywhere around since there many places that you could around to eat. No coffee and tea making facility but you do get kettle to make your own hot drinks. Ironing and laundry is upon request

I first entered my room at about 1:15am and checked-out at 7:30am the same morning. I was greeted by the awful toilet sewage odour. There are two exhaust fan openings on the toilet ceiling but none of them seemed to be working. When I was in bed, every breathe I took was the foully smell that totally disturbed my sleep...

For me, this is the most practical hotel in Bintulu. The workdesk is comfortable to work on. The plus point of this place is that you can either choose to use airconditioner or fan when in the room. f you like local food, there are good restaurants nearby.

Overall experience with the hotel is good. Located in the middle of a commercial complex makes it easy to buy needful things and to eat. Need to take taxi or drive to the Bintulu old town because it's quite far to walk.
