We cannot fault this wonderful B & B with the most spectatcular views. Kathy and Dean are wonderful hosts and make their guests feel most welcome. The rooms and their en-suites are spotlessly clean and the beds are georgeously comfy. We can guarantee excellent nights sleep!! Superb homemade cakes are provided and fresh milk is always available for your room....

Warm welcome , spotlessly clean peaceful retreat on the edge of scalby, our room waterside was very spacious with huge bed , luxury bathroom and stunning views . Cathy and Dean were very friendly and helpful , breakfast delicious and the extra touches such as homemade scones and jam waiting for us in our room after a hard day exploring...

Just spent 2 wonderful nights at Scalby Hayes and will definitely be back again! Warm welcome when we arrived, Kathy invited us down for tea and cakes and offered info and advice about our stay. We were in the Waterside room which was a huge light and airy room with a superkingsize bed (or can be 2 singles I suppose)...

This is our third visit to this B&B. As usual we couldn't fault our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and my gluten free dietary requirements were catered for without a problem at breakfast.

Not a lot to say about an excellent B & B that has not already been said. Just waiting for the opportunity to return. I rate this as one of the best B & B's I have stayed at in a long while.

This B & B is very good, and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The location is peaceful, very attractive and all the facilities you require/expect are provided. The welcome is warm and friendly, but the place is also run in a professional and most efficient manner. It's very convenient for Scarborough (few minutes' drive), while being extremely quiet...

At the end of July we spent two nights in this delightful B&B. The setting was beautiful-lovely gardens with views across to the coast. The accommodation is extremely comfortable with some welcome touches-a drink with cake on arrival and fresh milk for the hospitality tray. The owners are very friendly and helpful, eager for their guests to enjoy their stay...
