We stayed here for a four days’ mini-vacation.
We were first checked into one of the buildings close to reception, unfortunately we found it too much trouble with a lot of stairs to climb. As we had another booking at the Castle Suite, we requested to be moved there for the whole stay. Luckily this was accommodated.
Our room was on the third floor with a little kitchenette in the entrance and a very spacious balcony (unfortunately overlooking the parking lot and a nearby construction site but otherwise facing the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the internet quite fast. Bear in mind that you need a car when selecting this location (you will want one anyway to reach the property) as the drive to the restaurant is a few minutes away.
The property offers many room types, we quite liked the Chateau which is the latest addition. The gardens at Blue Sky are beautiful and the local instagram place.
We found the service at the restaurant of quite inferior quality, this should not be the case as the cost of a meal is quite high. Also, standard of English were exceptionally poor.
All in all, we had a relaxing stay and would love to see Khao Kho again.

We've stayed in the bluesky resort for 4 nights. We loved the views, Gardens & surroundings. There were lots of beautiful set ups that if waited long enough for dress & hat brigade instagramers to disperse, we can actually enjoy the scenery. Without tons of hat & dress ladies, we would've enjoyed the place much more. But the place seemed to have made to please that market. The place was nice but we felt that it was a bit pretentious because most buildings were made to look like bunch of all Europian architecture designs thrown into one, which if you don't mind you will enjoy it.
The room we stayed in was on the ground floor. I wouldn't say the walls are thin, but for some reason the people all above beside or few doors away seemed to either be moving furniture around, let their kids running and screaming, stomping the floor continuously or decided to repeatedly opened and close doors and closets. Other than that, we had a very questionable smell of urine coming from the AC unit. We wondered how that happened. However, we informed the staff and they were promtly made an attempt to fix the problem by coming in the sprayed the spot and went with discretion.
We went there during dry season which wasn't a bad thing, we still enjoyed the scenery without seeing the famous sea of clouds. What bothered us a bit was the haze (from burning)that had clouded the place that sligtly spoiled the environment.
The food in the restaurant was inconsistent: Some dishes were great, others more average.
Note that the coffee house does not serve coffee, but does do a sub-par bubble tea. However, coffee is available at the restaurant.
The quality consistency may have been due to the large number of trainees on the site.

I have booked Chateau promotion through official Line account. Please allow me to give some comments.
1. I have mentioned to admin that I will pay 50% to guarantee my booking and I will pay less 50% when I check out and already confirmed by admin of official Line. As the promotion have to stay 2 nights. I also mentioned that this is our 5th Anniversary trip. Unfortunately when I arrived at Front Desk I was asked to pay 50% upon checking in and not allow me to pay at check out. Even I said that I have requested and confirmed from admin through official Line but they still denied. Luckily there was some compromise and allowed me to pay next day.
2. As mentioned this is our 5th anniversary trip to admin of Line account. However there was nothing setup in the room even small card. Also my room is facing to the road and no view al all.
3. The room is new and nice decoration, however clothes rail is rusty.
4. Restaurant is nice both view and services.
5. Food taste also good but some dishes a bit salty.
6. I was requested to borrow 2 wine glasses and 1 bucket of ice to serve in my room. I was surprised that there is a cost to charge for a bucket of ice even this is 1st and only one bucket.
Moreover my stay was great, nice room, nice atmosphere and location and friendly staffs.

It is a big resort, great location.
You can feel the nice greenery breez in the morning. The room is good size, bed is quite nice quality. Two bottles of water prepare each room, you have to pay extra to get more.
Breakfast on a weekend is buffet style but weekday will serve as set.
Room rate includes a visit to a park, you can rent a fancy dress for taking photo.
Menu option for dinner is quiet limit and taste is just ok.

After checking out of The Sense Hotel we felt we went from mountaintop to the valley..not just in terms of view but service as well.
Was given a room on 3rd floor of the Chateau which has a skylight n small dormer windows.
Made a request to change rooms w/o skylight so we could sleep in n with bigger windows as my husband was working from room. Even offered to pay for any upgrade.
Was told the computer system wasn’t working n hence left my name n Hp no to be contacted.
After 5 hours we came back and we were given the same excuse.
Only after I asked to cancel the following night’s reservation did the receptionist suddenly give me a room on the floor below without the skylight...the computer suddenly worked again.
Won’t even go on about the faux design and bad details in the whole resort.
Just give this a miss. Don’t know why it was so highly rated.

Cock road in room , insect in toilet ( seem drain never clean , water seem system not stable hot and cool alway mix up all the time

The BlueSky Resort is a wonderful and beautiful place. She has beautiful gardens and environments. As it is December and Christmas is near, the garden is lighted up with colourful lightings.
Breakfast is very good. I had my dinner in the resort too, it is up to standard. Good job. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to miss Pukky, waitress at the restaurant who is so helpful and efficient.
Unfortunately, I have to mention about the room I stayed in is not up to standard and it is over charged. I would suggest the management of The BlueSky Resort to upgrade these rooms as soon as possible to maintain your reputation as No.1 resort in Khao Kho. Look into the paint work of the furniture, water supply,mattresses and pest control. Something needs to be done.

Based on what we heard, this is one of the top places to stay in the area. The first impression is very nice- a beautifully design theme resort - if you like that sort of thing. The idea is to transport you to another part of the world somewhere in Europe I guess with lush garden and faux castles. Visually it’s good. The staffs are very nice and doing their best to help. However one thing they couldn’t help is how faux this place is. Something that many people will fall for without fully understanding And how badly it is with accommodations to for older generation guests. Understanding that it’s situated in the hilly part. But if any thoughts had been given to the accessibility would gave been nice. There is no accessible path to the restaurant? You can get a golf cart from your room to the restaurant but you will have walk up another story (NO ELEVATOR!) to get to your seat. Don’t even ask about access to the highly visited garden. This is purely discrimination or short sightedness from the hotel. It’s truly unacceptable to not be thinking about this. Is this supposed to be an experience for your guests?

hotel allow big group of insurance company sing a song with big band til 23.30 pm.Another customers cannot sleep. Hotel keep extending the time from 22.00 pm to 23.30 pm. bad management of this hotel. i want to talk with manager but he off duty that night. hotel try to compromise that big group nearly finished. horrible night. finally hotel allow them to sing a song til 23.30 not mid night. this hotel is not chain hotel. their room , service, management are needed to improved especally they allow big group disturb making a noise nearly mid night.

Where to start? They properties landscape and views were amazing and the grades. Almost all the staff was friendly, but when it comes to being bad mouthed by the housekeeper for your workout clothes. I did not know it was bad to wear clothes to work out. This is what you will get when you stay here. Comments by the house keeper to take pictures of you while you are on holiday and in work out clothes. This is also when you try and contact the manager to help in this matter. Miss Siriporn from blue sky resort spoke to me and my girlfriend on separate occasions, she proceeded to tell me that she has taken care of this and talked to her staff and it won’t happen again. This is not enough, nobody knows if you will follow through with your word. When asked to be compensated for this inconvenience she explained that I could have some free nights stay at one of their other properties after I asked for something. She told me this would not be a problem and even mentioned hua hin property was real nice. I explained I would like something in an email or message confirming these free nights stay. She agreed and said she would send it by line app. After couple more days waiting on her to take care of this inconvenience. Finally after 2 days she sent me a message on line app saying she can not honor her word and not give me what she said in our previous conversation on the phone. After informing her that I would write reviews explaining this issue so that it might help someone and save them from having the same experience. Miss Siriporn then replied saying to give he and extra 2-3 days to help her solve this incident. This is a very long time to fix this problem. This is by far the worst possible handling of and incident I have had to deal with. Nobody needs to come to a luxury place to get treated horrible by the help. There is no excuse for things like this and nobody should have to deal with this. Then after she came back to talk to me about what she saw on cctv. Please help me understand how a picture talks to you? Trying to tell ref to nothing happing from your staff! This is unacceptable behavior out of your employees.

You can enter to the bluesky resort so we have restaurant service open for the guest who didnt stay at resort 10.30 am to 9.00 pm and beautiful garden open 08.00 am to 06.00 pm Thank you for your intersted in our resort.
