Very quiet and comfortable unit. Everything needed for a stay is supplied although only one washing machine sachet. Could provide more as we packed light and washed 2 or 3 times in the week. There is an Aldi within walking distance although there is no footpath. Had to walk on the road in parts. For most other things, including going to the beach, a car is essential. There is a full kitchen so everything needed to prepare meals for a large family is supplied.

Great location for relaxing getaway. Jamie the manager was always easily found wandering and establishing and maintaining gardens and surrounds. The units were spacious and well maintained will all amenities of good standard. The location is on the Valley golf club with unlimited free weekday golf. Highly recommend

Great place to spend a relaxing week. Very close to the golf course, not far from the beach and shops; close to wineries, restaurants, and activities to fill your time. Very clean and comfortable rooms containing everything you want. Friendly and helpful staff. The biggest compliment I can give is that I usually do NOT sleep well in an unknown bed - here the beds were so comfortable that I had no problem getting to sleep each night!

This complex is well located with great facilities. The units are clean and well maintained and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have stayed here 3 times now and enjoyed it each time. The golf course adjacent, which is free to residents, was in better condition than previous visits and obviously having money invested in it. The restaurant that was at the golf club is closed which is a pity. It was handy to be able to just walk a short distance for dinner when we didnt feel like cooking or going out in town.

We stayed for a week at Mount Martha, the location is so close to the beach and just a short drive from a number of super cool attractions. The room was lovely, and super clean. Management was very friendly, and had options for lunches/breakfasts throughout the week.

Mt Martha Valley resort is well located in a quiet location. Units are well maintained and clean. Jamie (manager) is a wealth of information on restaurants (Zero95 in Dromana has excellent Italian food at a reasonable price). Access to Mornington Peninsula freeway is quick. There are a number of picturesque ocean beaches: Rye, St Paul's, Koonya and Portsea. Have the Pancake breakfast on Monday. Having a holiday in winter was good as there are less people travelling.

The locality was handy for resturqants places of interest and entertainment for all ages . The beach was within walking distance and if you like golf you can have as many free rounds of golf monday to friday, the only small issue i had was that the swimming pool was too cold, but overall everthing was very good, i would definately reccomend to other family members. Hopefully i will come again.

Nicely located close to the beach in Safety Beach. Only a small access road to units, which gives a bit of a cramped appearance to the resort. Road noise is evident from the nearby freeway. Resort backs onto a golf course, where the bistro provides adequate meals

We had a great time with our dog and 4 kids! Jamie made our holiday from the moment we checked in! Mini golf comp and soccer comp - my kids loved the challenge! The rooms were great and yard wonderful for the dog. Only a 3min drive to the beach. Kids took their scooters and enjoyed doing laps around the complex . If there was room for improvement it would be the addition of perhaps a swing set (maybe funky monkey bars) near the games room, this would have given my kids 6,7,7,9 somewhat else to play. Pool to cold to swim in yet but would be great in summer.

Mt Martha Valley Resort is a hidden gem - a small, quiet resort with lots of good facilities for families. We enjoyed lots of table tennis and a game of 18 hole mini golf. There is also a lovely swimming pool and a games room with a pool table. The villas are well equipped and very well maintained. We'd happily return for another family holiday.
