Really nice hotel. The host couldn't have done more for us, rooms are basic but clean and nice to stay in after driving for so long. Right on the bank of the river and lovely old building. Close to amenities and the town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. A perfect place to stop for a...

Great hotel, host very helpful, if not easy with the language barrier. Room and sleep quality more then good enough. Breakfast had lots of options only down side was the lay out, cereal one end, milk the other but did not cause any problems. Stayed with a group of friends and whether it was us using the bar or an...

This was such a unique hotel, in that the building was built in the early 1700s! Not elegant, but very comfortable with a beautiful view of the river and Belgium across the bridge. Very kind and friendly host with a lot of history to share.

Stayed overnight on a Motorbike trip through to Germany, very very friendly owners and staff. Safe Bike Parking at rear, nice breakfast and the beer was very nice. Nice comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again. Recommended.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not only did the breakfast contain pieces of food that were not fresh at all (and the bread was old), also I saw traces of mouse feces in my room... + really noisy traffic.

Stayed here several times and such a perfect venue overlooking the river Meuse. Rooms and amenities adequate with nearby restaurants and cafes to suit most tastes. Free parking behind the hotel. The previous owners have retired but I believe the family still oversee things. Atmosphere and location are tip top as it provides a stepping stone for exploring the Ardennes...

We re-visited this hotel in September 2011 after a gap of about 13 years. The same family still own it, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good, clean with all expected facilities. Car parking at rear of the hotel is exceptional, and is free. The whole garden area at the back is good, with seating. We took the half board...

During the reservation we booked a garage, very costly. Then we received an email that there was no garage but a private parking, for free. Finally they told us a very complicated story about this and made us pay 5 euros for the private parking. We had half board and the restaurant (outside the hotel) was so-so. Otherwise the room...

I've stayed at this hotel on two occassions and found it to be a good value, basic hotel. However we found that there was alot of traffic noise if you were staying in the front bedrooms.

The Hotel is close to the River Meuse, in Givet. The rooms are clean, and a good size, some rooms overlook the River to the front. Breakfasts were a good selection of continental goodies, with plenty on offer, The staff were friendly and helpful. Half board a good deal with a local restaurant serving a fixed menu of good food....
