The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was great as there were many food eateries, markets, atms and money exchange machines around. It was roughly a 10 minute walk to Kata beach. Additionally, there were bike rentals right outside the property. Getting around and coming back to the resort was convenient. It was very much value for money and a great experience.

Hotel's Favourite
The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The customer liaison officer, Pin, was extremely efficient and was always asking if we were happy with the service. We were fortunate enough to have a pool side room where you could step in for a swim directly from the veranda. I can highly recommend this resort.

This hotel is very nice! It's got a very large pool, friendly staff, and a really awesome room. The lighting design is such that it lets you choose ambiant mode, and you can sleep soundly. Air conditioning and shower stall -- as well as the sink -- are also in great condition and pretty modern -- I like them! There is a security box available. I would definitely recommend this resort :)

Clean and very comfortable room with a good location. Service is exceptional. Staff are very friendly and attentive. - Check in process were seamless and very welcoming. Though I expect it largely depends on the volume of arrivals. - room is clean and well maintained. - bed and pillow are very comfortable. Have various options for pillows. - modern design with neat lighting setup. - plenty of wall sockets to charge your devices. No direct USB wall socekts though. Can request adapters from the reception. - might just be our luck, but there's hardly any noise heard from the road, from the pool etc. I believe the no kids policy here helps :P - around 5 mins walk to the Kata beach. - plenty of restaurants nearby but not many open early morning (before 10am). - the hotel breakfast is fresh, delicious and changes everyday. Definitely worth it.…

Staffs very attentive especially the guest relationship officer name Eye and Pang. Superb.. totally recommend this place to stay. Location wise very near to the beach, only 5 minutes away. Hotel provide beach towels and mats. Hassle free.

We LOVED it here. At Chanalai Romantica, the staff make you feel right at home. The staff are super welcoming and go above and beyond for you. The hotel was beautiful and clean, our room was lovely, spacious and has everything we needed. They offer beach mats at reception to take with you to the beach. Breakfast was delicious, we especially loved their egg bar! A special thanks to the assistant manager, we never caught her name, but if you see a smiley lady in a light blue dress with short hair, you’ll be sure to be taken care of. She was amazing ! Highly highly recommend for couples xxx

This is a fantastic Hotel and lives up to the name Romantica. The team is wonderfully friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable. Perfect central location in Phuket. We always select the pool access rooms, however, all bedrooms are spacious with amazing views. Fitted with all the amenities you need, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, bedrooms are fitted with either King Size or Twin beds. The staff is exceptional, beyond expectations! We will always return when in Phuket, this was our second stay. Watch out for Noom, he is the restaurant manager and has tons of love to give and treats you like royalty.
